Terrible customer service, due to an error of the mobile app, my order didn't show up, but they still took my money. Got ignored by manager and waited one hour for two freaking big macs.

Rude manager, waited 20 min for mobile order and had to go inside just to reorder, she gave me half of my order then rolled her eyes at me when I asked for the rest of it. I asked for a refund because my lunch break was about over from waiting, she then tells me the order she put in the bad costs more than my full order but I used my points to get half of my order. Very unprofessional and the store wasn’t even busy. Used to go to this all the time but after today I will not be.

Literally the worst customer service. The associates totally ignore customers and made us pay for sauce they didn’t give us with a 20 piece nuggets. The app also ate all our points when we tried to order. Our daughter also slipped and fell on the wet floor and hit her head. I’m done with McDonald’s.

Always check your receipt before leaving. I order a kids meal and a large drink and was charged $12.33. The drive through person did not speak English.

Waited 20 minutes before someone even came over and still didn't get to order meals for kids. Ended up leaving with 3 very disappointed children. When I asked if someone would take my order I was told by someone that worked there that they are busy.
