Well there is always a few rules to know if your gonna visit the famous “Mickey D’s”

1. 7 out of 5 order are wrong statistically… so just plan on taking it back or eating someone else’s food… its in their charter !!!

2. The fries are amazing, but they’re gonna eventually kill ya… so DO NOT DIE FOR COLD FRIES… take em back and “get em hot”!

3. All the red shirts and hats are the newbee’s
So go easy on them… they’re just kiddo’s. But if they’re over 40 it’s free game!!!

4. They have the corner on the perfect coke mixture. If they had sonic ice, it would be perfect.

Got a ripped bag and overflowing drink that had way too much liquid on the top. I understand small tears but this is ridiculous. Fries were also placed upside down in the bag

EDIT: came back for breakfast next day and didn't receive hashbrowns we ordered

I never leave reviews but I have to shout out Mark who helps out at curbside pickup over lunch. I work nearby and often stop by for a Diet Coke or reward and Mark is always happy to see me, remembers me by name, and his customer service is over the top. At first I thought it meant I’m going to McDonald’s too much and thought I might have to slow down a bit, but now I’ve fully embraced it and Mark makes my day.

This was the most rude customer service I’ve ever had. Completely ignored us in the drive thru then made fun of my son and mocked us for not knowing they didn’t have the M&M McFlurry when they finally acknowledged us.

I’m slightly annoyed over the fact that on the drive thru menu board a bacon, egg, cheese McGriddle (just the sandwich) says $5.16 but the person charged me $5.69. Then when I told the drive thru employee of the discrepancy, he just smiled and said, “I don’t know, it’s $5.69. McDonald’s is expensive enough for the fact that it’s fast food and then they employ individuals who probably don’t truly understand what is being said. I may have to boycott McDonalds since they can’t honor prices or employ individuals who understand when a customer is pointing out the error! Come on McDonalds, be better!
