This is not normal Big Mac sauce. They’ve added spices or something and it doesn’t taste as good as the old regular. This McDonald’s sucks!!! Talking on the phone while taking payment. Filet O Fish dry dry dry no tartar sauce. Smelled funny. No one really working inside.

My mocha frappe, while delicious, was only 3/4 full. I feel like if I wanted to a medium I would've ordered a medium. However, I'm waiting to hear back if I'll receive a refund and if I do I'll be removing this review in consideration of them doing right by me.

This location is ridiculous, they can't hear me over the intercom almost every time so they get my order wrong. Went through the drive thru this morning and I told them I had the bogo from my receipt they got the manager and he told me to write it on my receipt but he refused to give me a pen. Also told me I had been through the drive thru today already so I couldn't redeem it or something even though the receipt was from last week. Weird. Never had any issues involving the survey bogos, only at this McDonald's. My bad for not having a pen but the customer service is ridiculous. Hire competent workers.

Customer service here is appalling. All the chairs are on the tables at 7 pm. I watched a woman give up and leave after standing at the counter for 5 minutes and nobody acknowledged her. I saw another woman have to ask for her drinks when picking up her order and she returned 2 more times because of mistakes. My order was wrong, but there was no way I was going to wait for them to correct it.

Would not recommend this location. I tried to order at the counter and waited almost 10 minutes b4 anyone came to the register. When a lady finally came to the register she barely spoke ant English and insisted I order at the kiosk. I did not want to order at the kiosk. Bring back people to work at the cash register! Very rude service. I will not be coming back
