McKeever's is a WONDERFUL market but unfortunately I had a horrible experience when ALREADY being assisted by the employee whom I asked help for. The OLDER LADY with the cool Pink Powerbeats Pro (sarcastic tone) on her ear was RUDE! The younger lady who helped me was on the RIGHT track in helping me with what I was looking for. This was towards closing time, the older lady kept asking what I was looking for when I was ALREADY being assisted with. She would raise her voice asking what I was looking for. I found what I was looking for with the younger lady's help. As I approached the counters I noticed the CLOSED screen highlighted in RED! Which I can clearly can read! The older lady proceeded with raising her voice by saying, "THESE ARE CLOSED!" In a stern voice. Both the young lady AND the young man at the register clearly seemed bothered by her antics! This OLDER LADY with her cool pink ear piece was definitely RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL! All I have to say is that I didn't need HER help when I was ALREADY helped by someone else who ACTUALLY helped me! Ask your younger employees. Even the young lady mentioned something along the lines of 'that's just her'. Sorry, I don't buy it! Customer service is CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! PERIOD!

Best grocery store in the area. Variety and stock are always great. Meat counter has high quality meat and personal service. Use the phone app and you can scan all your groceries as you put them in the cart, credit card is on file, you scan the checkout QR code as you leave and you're done - great geature!!

It makes me feel good to shop here for some reason ? you'd think their prices would be super high since it's a high-end grocery store, but most of the time they're comparable to Target and Hyvee.

Self serve food all had crust on it and employees didn't know when it was put out. Could have been yesterday's dinner they placed back out when they opened today. Definitely a healthy code violation.

Why take away all the baskets? Now they only have big bulky carts. Please bring back the baskets!

I have just recently discovered the joy of shopping here and it just gets better. Not only is their produce incredibly good, it is right next to their stellar bakery. Bread, cookies, donuts and incredibly beautiful cakes. I bought a small German chocolate one for the weekend and I’m amazed a how delicious this cake is!Go and buy one tonight. I can’t wait to make my next amazing discovery here!

Horrible customer service at the meat counter. Guy yelled at me that they were closed while I looked at the items in front of the counter. I walked out and went to Hen House for my items. I've also bought chicken from the counter before and got it home and it was rotten, drove back, and then was told by customer service they couldn't refund me until the next morning???? Don't buy meat here unless they are selling at a low to negative margin. I know I will from now on.

In the midst of holiday hustle and bustle I discovered this gem of a grocery store. I was out early to gather the freshest ingredients possible and I was delighted at the selection and variety available. I was also delighted to find lots of help available in a store I was not familiar with! I was able to find almost everything on my list and continue on to my next errand. I plan to visit McKeever's again soon.

Cashiers need some training on basic customer service. The one I had tonight never said a word throughout my transaction, even after I was the one to say hello when putting my groceries on the table.
