My girlfriend and I hit up Minsky’s a few days ago and, as always, it was a top-tier night. We were lucky to have Shawn and Meghan as our servers—top-notch duo! My girlfriend went all-in on the deep dish with black olives, mushrooms, and Canadian bacon (her first deep dish experience, by the way), and she was immediately converted. Meanwhile, I kept it classic with a house salad, loaded with blue cheese dressing that I’m convinced is straight from the dressing gods. Seriously, Minsky’s blue cheese might be the best I’ve ever tasted. We ended up chatting with Shawn and Meghan, and honestly, it just made the night that much more awesome!
