My girlfriend and I hit up Minsky’s a few days ago and, as always, it was a top-tier night. We were lucky to have Shawn and Meghan as our servers—top-notch duo! My girlfriend went all-in on the deep dish with black olives, mushrooms, and Canadian bacon (her first deep dish experience, by the way), and she was immediately converted. Holly at the Lenexa location off college and Pflumm was the BEST bartender and server I’ve had in a very long time! Made me very excited to come back for more. Highly, HIGHLY recommend!
I heard some good things about the limited time KC Joe’s pizza so I had to check it out for myself. It was honestly one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had! I was also sitting at the bar and the bartender that night, Joel, was super friendly and made sure my friend and I had a great experience. Would absolutely recommend this location
