I came in between lunch and dinner. Was told the super greens would take approx 4 minutes. I appreciate fresh food so I was ok with waiting. After 5 mins or so of cleaning a wok and performing another task, the cook only then began prepping the greens. Given the circumstances - off-peak time - I found this to be inexcusable and left without purchasing food.

I was here today, my father is on hospice and my mother was craving panda express and said make sure you go to the one on 95th and Quivira. They have the best food and that’s where your dad and I eat lunch every few weeks for the past five years! I happened to mention this to the girl at the counter who has worked at the store for three years and she was nice enough to give me a cute little stuffed panda that made my mom’s day😌 During this sad time!! Plus, we enjoyed a wonderful lunch!

Disappointing experience. Daniella and her coworker ignored me and another gentleman who had online pickup orders, prioritizing dine-in customers instead—presumably for tips. Her coworkers displayed similar behavior. This occurred on December 20th at 6:00 PM.

This place rocks! Great food, fresh. My server was, i think Diana was her name. She was soooo wonderful & pleasant & nice! I will drive out of my way to give my money to this panda express because her customer service was so good! I really appreciate that. After a long day, she made me smile. Thank you for being friendly Diana!! I'm going to tell ur bosses you deserve a raise! She does! She's a very nice young lady. Anyways, 5-Stars!!!!!

Food was undercooked. Also the employees don’t know what they’re doing. Spent over $12 on a plate entree meal that didn’t include the fortune cookie, which is common for this location, but to make matters worse when I asked for the fortune cookie that comes with the plate entree the employee told me I would have to buy/pay for fortune cookies but I only wanted the one that comes with my meal. I wasn’t gonna argue with the young woman so I just left and don’t think I will be back.
Wheelchair accessibility: Has several handicap spots and a special automated door for wheelchair access.
