Avoid this location So Terrible las 3 time very poor service but this last one was the worse , i order a half order of bagel they give a bag with burnt bagels, they was not busy to do that.

Panera went downhill when they moved locations on 87th street. The restaurant is very loud, the seating is not cozy or inviting, and the service is slow and the staff seems like they don't want to be there. Also, the food quality feels like it has gone down. Even the size of the bread was smaller last time I was in. The flavors are about the same; but, the preparation was sloppy (there was barely any chicken on the sandwich) and the wait times have been excessive. Everything about this location is lackluster!
Dietary restrictions: Gluten and dairy free options are difficult at Panera.

Holy cow this is the slowest panera I've ever been to I ordered a salad it took 15 minutes to get I didn't even order it with chicken. Why did it take so long I can visually see the manager having a conversation when it's obvious her production people probably needed some help with a line in the drive thru.
The employees are very nice and even gave me a little sample of something to make sure I'd like it, I didn't expect that and really appreciated it!

The staff at this location are the best in the region. They are consistently attentive, courteous and hardworking. They greet you with a smile and the workflow appears to be very efficient. I’m sure it’s the store manage that makes the difference.
