This location regularly and reliably does its best to get something wrong with your order. It could be missing ingredients or just undercooked food or cold food. I understand all places have issues from time to time but it appears this seems to have lower than average ratings.

Very very busy on Saturday.. waited 45 minutes past my pickup time for 1 pizza. The guys working were very nice and were very polite with all the customers waiting.. They were also working very hard to accommodate everyone.. Pizza was good tho!

The place is totally chaotic and disfunctional on Sunday nights for carry out orders. Over an hour to get a pizza, staff does not know what pizzas are ready and what is not. When pizza is ready the person who could work the register was making pizzas so had to wait on him.

Total inability to speak to a human on the phone at this location. Received the wrong pizza last time and could do nothing about it because they never, ever answer the phone. Just a continuous obnoxious recording. Now my pizza is an hour late and same problem. Cannot talk to anyone about it. They don’t answer. Ever. Terrible. I mean, I know what I am paying for and I don’t expect much but I do expect to receive what I paid for and in the time frame they gave me.

This location is always slammed in the evenings. Used by many delivery drivers. Ordering through the app gives a pickup time 30 minutes after ordering. Showing up at the end of that window to find they haven’t started making your pizza and three more people are in front of you in exactly the same situation.

Absolutely the worst run Papa John’s location I have seen. Put in an order with plenty of time before with a scheduled delivery time at 5:15. By 6pm no update on the order, spent 30 mins trying to call this location to finally be told the food was actively being made and will be out for delivery in 15 mins. Call back an hour later at 7 to cancel due to the food now being 2 hours late. Talked to someone after another long wait and then they said they were going to cancel to order but then disconnected the call on me. Finally got back through to someone 15 mins later and was told it was just canceled. Absolutely unacceptable customer service. I will never support this location and likely Papa John’s again. Total disappointment and disgrace of a business.

I stand in front of the counter waiting for the man to speak to me and I had to ask him if he was going to help me… do better
Tonight my family decided to order pizza, Papa John’s is our favorite. After tonight’s service, we likely will never have it again.
I ordered online just before 7:00 pm. After an hour of waiting, giving them ample time to either deliver my order or contact me, I called them. I waited on hold for 40 minutes, listening to the same sales pitch for their special. Finally, someone answered… but no one spoke. I could hear the commotion of the kitchen in the background, then *click* I then waited another 30 minutes for any actual update on my order. Order finally arrived around 9:45.
No updates, no communication, no “I’m sorry we’re running behind” — I can deal with the pizza being late, but two hours late with no communication? No, that’s unacceptable.
I will be calling corporate during normal business hours. The lack of service tonight was infuriating.

Door dash brought me the wrong order yet...Again. when I said it wasnt mine he said it was. We can not eat 4 pizzas. he leaves and I drive to the store and to either get my food or my money. I felt sorry for the on duty manager having to deal with a upset person.as a store they need to get it together and STOP using Door Dash!! this is the #3 time I have had a issue having the wrong order brought to me. I was also gone 10 minutes and when I came home the driver having been sitting in the car with the Pizza and Cheesy Bread sticks the whole time I was gone. he tryed to hand the order to me. I told him to take it back. I will Not be Ordering from you guys again. if I wanted cold pizza I would of made one at home and let it get cold
