oh my gosh the most excellent pizza ever.

We had an online order. Paid and scheduled pick up time. We went to pick up and the lady said said I don't know what to tell you i dont have your order. When we asked if we can get the pizza we were told "get the f@$% out!!! And flipped us off repeatedly. Asked for her name and manager contact info and was told no you can't have the f-ing info. Get the F out! All in front of my wife and 7 year old girl. And other customers who then walked out. This is the worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant. I will never come here again and tell everyone I know and social media. Also will be filing a complaint with the corporate office. Terrible experience!!!!!

(Wurzbach store) The Papa Murphy's app showed a $1.00, one topping medium pizza. My husband and I walked in and asked about the deal. It was my husband's birthday, and we thought we would pick up a pizza to celebrate. The employee at the cash register was professional and polite. He informed us that the deal might have expired. I asked a follow up question because the app said, "No expiration date." Jim, the manager, overheard and came out from the back of store. He immediately took a defensive tone and instead of answering my question, rudely told me several times to "Read the details." I read out loud, feeling like a child in trouble, and he stopped me when I got to "Valid in small number of select markets." He belted out "SEE!" The employee looked embarrassed, I was humiliated and my husband was shocked. This is the only store in a 50-mile radius of us. Jim told me to go to other stores in the future. [Up to 90 miles away]. Before we left, I told Jim that I had never seen such unprompted aggression escalate so quickly. I've been in the store many times and was surprised at the negative and aggressive interaction with a manager. What kind of example is Jim setting for his employees? It's a shame how Jim is representing Papa Murphys.

The food itself is franchise standard. That's not the issue. I am thoroughly still confused how requesting going light on the sauce turns the pizza into regular menu price and not receive the Friday deal. I don't understand how less ingredients equates to more money.

I been a customer for long time and love the pan pizza, but lately the last four visits the pan pizza has been different ever time. this last visit I swear they just used some flat pan pizza instead of the doe they normally use for a pan pizza. this is to the duvall, WA. store you used to make a great pizza. now they just are awful and I wouldn't recommend anyone go there.

Our pizza was crafted to my family's preference and the toppings were not skimpy as our experience was at a different location. The pizza tasted delicious the toppings were fresh and baked thoroughly. The crust was flavorful.

Oh my goodness I cannot say enough great things about Lacey at the Wasilla Alaska Papa Murphy's Pizza!! She went well above and beyond for my family yesterday! We frequent both the Wasilla Alaska and Palmer Alaska locations & each time we have a good experience. Yesterday we had an extra great experience! Thanks to all the Papa Murphy employees- and especially sweet Lacey!!!

Could improve on the pizza quality. I ordered 9/29/2025 the pizza quality was super disappointing the crust has little to no flavor. The garlic rolls disappointing and lack luster. I ordered a pan pizza 🍕 and was so disappointed on the quality & the taste. I used to like to order Papa Murphy's pizza, but it seems like they've really started skipping & cutting corners etc on food quality & sizing. I mean seriously 6.99 for 6 garlic roll knot Twisties that are sub par in taste & size & number of product. my order came out to 50 bux it was barely worth it for what I ordered 3 pizzas 🍕 barely worth the quality. I also see they don't offer the stuffed pizzas online or on the menu no more. I was totally disappointed 😞.

your store 3479 Avenue of the Cities, Moline, IL 61265 poisoned my wife with dairy even after she ordered dairy free. So we got to spend the night in the hospital. I asked for a refund and was denied one

Well it's either good or like tonight it's a joke! There's no toppings and what's there is so uneven!!! Where has the consistency gone!?! Disappointed (Fairview Meridian)

there pizzas used to b so good now the pepperoni is so thin and the sausage is not the big chunks it's tiny little pieces u can't even taste it I ask why they changed it he said it's more cost effective don't think I'll be buying pizzas form there anymore sad
