If I could give this restaurant 0 stars, I would. I ordered a chicken gyro for lunch online. When I went to pick it up at around 1:00pm (order was placed at 12:43pm and said to be ready between 12:58pm-1:03pm) the door was locked and the lights were off. I knocked, but there was no answer. I called, but there was no answer. I gave up and left obviously not having received my meal. I disputed the charge with my credit card company later. Recently, the credit card company told me that the cafe had said that I did pickup my order. This is a lie. I was unable to pickup my order because the store was closed, even though it said that they were open online. There are other reviews that reflect similar interactions with the cafe being closed when it's supposed to be open, but the owners reply by saying that there was some emergency and that the customer will not be charged if an online order was placed. I simply want that promise to be honored.

Store was closed at 530 on a Friday night...signs showed their hours and the inside looked like it was in use. Will try another day.

Tried to go here at least once per week for lunch in the past few weeks. Each time they have been closed, although Google and posted hours say they should be open. I saw at least one other person posted about this. I also have observed at least one other person there each time who found it was closed. Need to change posted hours or be open during posted hours. One more time and I won't try anymore.
