Ordered a pizza online at 2:10, estimated ticket time was 35-45 min with a guaranteed delivery time of 3 pm. Waited over an hour and still no pizza, I called and spoke to someone at their call center who said it would be another 30-45 minutes before it was sent out for delivery. I had to leave for work before then so I asked him to cancel the order, he said ok and promptly hung up on me while I was asking when the refund would be issued.
