Tonight was the second time I showed up at my pickup time to be told my order hadn't even been started.
When I showed up, and older, tall gentleman asked my name and my order before walking off to never be seen again. 15 minutes later Markion showed up to a waiting room full of unhappy customers (about 7 of us). All of us were told our orders hadn't been started yet. Many left in frustration, but I had paid on the app so I waited it out. I thought it would be quick but Markion was the only person working on a Sweet 16 March Madness Friday night. He's a real one, though, and made every single customer's order himself. It took 50 minutes past my ready time for mine to come out of the kitchen, and Markion was the only worker seen that entire time.
Every employee on schedule last night should be fired -- they don't work there after all. The general manager should be fired and Markion should take their place. He's the only person I've seen actually working there in all the times I've ordered.

I made an online order and when it was delivered it was missing wings and had a messed up pizza had to drive up to the store to get it fixed and waited 2 additional hours for them the fix my order

This Pizza Hut location has really gone down hill. This used to be a family favorite for us about once a month for a quick pick up after having a long day. But unfortunately, we can no longer grab pizza from this spot. For the past 6 months we have given them a chance to redeem themselves but it keeps getting worse. Each order we’ve received has either been wrong or made so quickly and sloppily that it is almost inedible. Some of the pizzas have also either been pulled too quickly and not cooked long enough or cooked too long and way over done. Not to mention a severe lack in cheese and toppings. Please, I beg you. If you listen to any review for this location, please follow the advice of this one and DO NOT waste your money here.

Order was over an hour late. Food was delivered cold and I didn’t receive half of what I ordered. Then after that couldn’t receive a refund and was only offer credit for part of the order

Stood there at counter for several minutes and two different guys walked up and incorrectly assumed i was with door dash. I was trying to place my order at the front but nobody helped me. Won’t come back

The staff was not happy with the way my pizza was made, so he re-made it, explained to me what had happened, and gave me both pizzas for the trouble. Pizza was ready on-time according to the online ordering estimate.
Parking: Plenty of parking in front of the restaurant for carry-out, delivery drivers, and workers.

Absolutely HORRIBLE pickup experience. Could not get ahold of ANYONE on the phone. My husband and toddler have been sitting in the car for over 30 minutes for an order that was allegedly ready 40 minutes ago. I will never order from this location again.
