I put in a carry out order for the last day of school to pick up at noon. There appeared to be only one lady working, but she was moving with speed and efficiency and my order was actually done even early. Great job!

We were with friends and all of our kids, and we ordered two pizzas and two orders of wings to be delivered for the group. Our order very specifically reflected all of the individuals requests and pickiness of the kids. The pizzas arrived, I took them to the kitchen, opened them up, and immediately saw that neither pizza was remotely close to what we ordered, including toppings that the kids specifically would not eat. Our wings were exactly as ordered, however.
I've worked in food service and I completely understand human error happens. But I assumed that since the orders were *so* wrong, we had gotten someone else's order, meaning they would be getting ours and it would also be wrong for them. I called the store; I explained the situation, and the employee apologized and said she would need to talk to a manager. Just shy of 10 minutes later of being on hold, she came back on and told me that her manager said she personally had cut our pizza and knew it was correct, so if we wanted to *drive in our delivery order* to prove it was wrong, we could.
I asked if they wanted me to send in a photo of the pizza, to which the employee (probably rightfully) replied that she didn't have a number I could text. She said the best she could do was credit my Pizza Hut account with a 30 day credit of $14, which covered just the two entirely wrong pizzas, not any delivery fee or tax, and did not address the fact that the store didn't believe my report.
I accepted the deal, ended the call, and decided I would go in. Had the $14 credit been offered first upon me reporting the error, and no insinuation of me lying about my faulty order had been made, I would have said 'thank you!' and moved on. But to call and let them know about a mistake to see how we could fix it, only for them to imply 'we don't believe you; prove it,' that didn't sit right with me.
I took the two pizzas and the receipt with me. The manager came up, and I explained what had transpired thus far. She immediately saw and acknowledged that the receipt and pizzas didn't match, then admitted that the customer who incorrectly got our order had called, so they knew the orders had been switched. She claimed that there were 2 managers on duty at the time, and the 'other' manager was the one the employee was referring to, but that 'other' manager had *just* stepped out.
She offered to remake the pizzas, but at this point the adults at the house had figured out other dinners for the kids, so we declined. We asked for the name of a general manager for the store, and she claimed it was her. I will look into a regional manager or local franchise owner to reach out to as a follow up.
Again, neither the human error of wrong pizzas nor the cost of the pizzas are the point. Our frustration is that when we called to let them know about the mistake, especially knowing another call with an incorrect order would likely be coming into them, they implied we were being dishonest to get back a whopping $14.
All this to say, we have been frequent customers of this Pizza Hut that is barely 4 minutes from our house, but we don't care to continue supporting a location that treats its customers so poorly. That $14 they begrudgingly credited our account for 30 days will likely go to waste because we have no plans to order from Pizza Hut in the future.

Fast and friendly team!
The environment was clean and my order was ready on time. We asked for quite a few specific specialties due to our kids dietary restrictions and they hit the nail on the head. Thank you we will be back!

Came to pick up lunch and the young lady, Abby, at the counter was so great. She offered my daughter suckers and asked how our day was going. Super kind and overall had great customer service! The food was fast and my family and I LOVED IT!

We ordered pepperoni pizza when we get home surprise it’s a cheese piazza I call them to let them know what’s happen they where very rude manager ask me to reorder and pay it again for the same pizza.we never order cheese never we end up paying for pizza but we don’t get pizza we pay for nothing I wish I can do zero star so disappointed I am done with them

Absolute terrible experience. Went to pick up pizza at time it was supposed to be ready.

Forgot to make it. Didn’t apologize. Asked for money back and they said no. Told me to take the pizza or nothing.

No discount offered, no communication, and extremely rude.

Finally walked out empty handed and going to have to figure out how to get our money back since they won’t help.

Manager refused to talk to me and told me to apply for a job.

Food usually arrives not warm when I order delivery so this time...... I went there, ordered in person, came back in 15 minutes as told and pizza was warm, but breadsticks were cool and sauce was cold. Chocolate chip cookie dessert was not warm at all.

We ordered delivery which NEVER showed up. When we called the store they said the order had been picked up by Door Dash and told us it was on its way. We waited longer, still no pizza, so we called again. The MOD told us that we’d need to get a refund through Door Dash (we ordered on Pizza Hut website). We called Door Dash and they said they can’t refund if it was paid through Pizza Hut. We had to go into the restaurant to request a refund yet nobody in the store had the authority to do a refund. We ended up calling corporate to get a refund and finally an off duty manager came into the store. She was kind to us, but at this point it had been 2.5 hrs since we’d ordered. Not one person offered to remake our order during this whole debacle. We ended up eating at Sonic.
