We’ve gone about 3 times now, each time not impressed with the service of the staff. I waited to write a review in hopes that we just went on a bad day the first time, but it seems to be each time. Im aware these are teenagers behind the counter but they are in need of more people skills, the kids are very quiet and each time we’ve gone look like they have no clue about what they’re doing except for one of them taking charge each time. The ice cream and shakes are good. The sundaes and banana splits left a bit room for improvement. We asked for a banana split and when asked about topping options, requested caramel, strawberry and hot fudge. The both the caramel and hot fudge were a clump on top of the ice cream. Unfortunately after going each time and the service not improving, we will not be coming back.

Very fun classic kind of ice cream shop. We all loved our flavors. You can get sundaes, shakes, floats, and more. There's even a lunch menu for some yummy sounding sandwiches (though we went in the evening so didn't try).

This place delivered on the whole Old-Fashioned-Mom-and-Pop-Ice-Cream-Parlor vibe. Inside they've got a great selection of Blue Bell Ice cream and cones/cups. They do shakes, too. If ice cream isn't your thing they have cookies, cupcakes, fudge and candy. It looks like they also offer a lunch menu, if you're looking for a sandwich or some soup. I love how light and bright the inside of the place is. Just past the main room with booth seating is another room with tables and chairs, and a selection of board games. My kids and I played Candy Land while they ate their ice cream. I got a piece of fudge and it was quite delightful. All in all, it this place weren't so far away for us we'd be here a lot! Glad we got the opportunity to stop in while we were down this way.

I ordered 4 regular size cannolis and was very disappointed considering they were $15, the shell was stale and the cream did not taste fresh. Had really high hopes for this place considering they were advertised as “authentic” I’ve had cannolis from all over the metro area and these were by far the worst. One of the staff members was polite but one lady working there had no customer service skills and had me walk across the shop (carrying my 4 month old’s car seat) to grab my cannolis when they could’ve been handed to me over the counter which was just annoying.

This is an ice cream shop not a sweets shop. It sells ice cream and ice cream related items. It looked like they do sell taffy but had little stock, most sold out.My malt was just an icy milkshake. I was disappointed.There were four teens working and all of them seemed thoroughly confused and not confident. Maybe just an off day.I will say the ice cream flavor I had in my "malt" was very tasty minus the icy chunks.My husband had the cannoli and he really enjoyed it.The decor was nostalgic and I envision it being a better experience than I experienced on a different day.

We (my fiancé and 3 kids) came in at 5:50 on sunday (today). Online it says they close at 8, they told us 6 and after ordering told us that there was a bench we could sit on outside and proceeded to kick us out. They were out of stuff to make what they had on their menu and out of napkins. I’m in the restaurant industry and we NEVER kick people out for being past close. Especially when you close at 6 freaking pm. This is what happens when you allow teenagers to run a business by themselves.
My favorite spot for a delicious treat! <3
