My kids love their food. Great price for the amount of food you get. Just wish that they had more options for dipping sauce.

How does a place that has 3 things on the menu (chicken straps, fries, & drink) can't seem to keep a drive thru moving? CF moves faster than this

Ordered the box combo, asked for chicken and fries to come extra crispy and they gave the smallest pieces of chicken, chicken and fries came out soggy. I ordered Sweet tea but they gave me watered down unsweet tea. The lady at the drive through window was very rude as well.

My first time here and I must say, while the menu is limited, what they have is really good. I didn't really care door the sauce but the toast was awesome and the chicken was good as well. Their price was totally fair too for what you get. Only 2 gripes I had was the slightly longer than normal wait and the lack of salt on the fries

Food is always great, but the drive-thru window service gets kind of rude, abrupt and snappy on 11/9 1pm

The price doesn't match the hype or taste of the food to me it's chicken fingers and fries the most basic thing the chicken fingers are beyond overly hyped and 9/10 ten my fries are soggy the coleslaw is as basic as white air fore ones the best thing going is the toast it's perfectly buttered and salted everything else is basic

Me and my family went here to eat it was amazing everyone loved their food the cake sauce is AMAZING I love it I mean 3 chicken fingers for 10$? But I mean it’s really good I recommend almost everything since it’s so good it hot and fresh inside and the fries ohh yumm they are delicious I recommend coming to raising canes

We caught this staff at rush hour on a Sunday. Staff remainded calm and was polite. We liked the Cane’s sauce but believe that ranch dressing would smack with their chicken strips. Because of the rush, French fries were a little too raw. Otherwise, good experience for a second time at Raising Cane’s.

I've been coming here very regularly (about once a week) for the last two years since I moved into town and first discovered it. People here see my name and recognize me when I come in.
Though today my regular crew was not here.

I have to say though I was QUITE disappointed in the "shrinkflation" that has taken place since my last visit. I received fully 40% less chicken 50% fewer fries and probably 30-40% smaller coleslaw portion. I think even the drink size is smaller than usual. AND the price was about $1.00 more than I am used to paying. I left still feeling hungry which has never been the case before.

You have just lost a very faithful customer.
