Closed how being used for hotel breakfast buffet for 12 dollars.

The check-in process took at least 45 minutes. When we got to our room it wasn’t locked and the door was partially ajar. There was dust, bugs, dirt everywhere in the hotel, though the room itself was relatively clean. There was a smell throughout the whole place of mildew or mold. We used contactless checkout which stated we would be emailed a receipt “shortly” and it was never received. This was a very bad hotel experience and we will not stay here again.

Nastiest hotel room ive been..upon entering the hotel there was a leak from the cieling with two buckets full of water. We had traveled all day and had a work meeting so I wanted to shower and freshen up. Stood in the shower for 10 minutes waiting for water to heat up. Asked husband to call front desk and ask what was going on and they informed us no hot water until the next day when we would be checked out. Tried to get the managers name and the front desk associate was so rude. Hot water is a basic sanitary necessity. How are you offering breakfast buffet with no hot water to sanitize or wash dishes/hands? We met locals for a business meeting who said radisson is on their way out and we can see why. As a side note we also had mold in our shower and lipstick or some sort of makeup stains on our face towels.

Incredibly noisy, no continental breakfast, beds aren’t comfortable. Not worth $200/night.

Gave other customers keys to our rooms which were filled with teen softball players. They couldn’t give us better rooms when A/C units were not working in some. Horrible place to stay. Go across the street to HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS!!! Way nicer stay. A dad had went and stood there from our team and it was a total different experience!

Absolutely terrible experience. Rude employees. Smell of weed even in your rooms. Gap under bedroom doors so you could hear and smell everything . No towels even after asking. Leaking rain water in lobby . Have to request plates for breakfast. And then bowls and anything else you want .

This hotel looked like it was once upon a time a very nice hotel. It is getting run down. The desk didn’t check us in correctly therefore the checkout was incorrect. The manager has yet to call me to fix the issue. The hot tub was too cold.

Stay elsewhere if you want such amenities as, working doors, working showers, and staff that doesn't screech the same repeated sentance at you when trying to hand them payment. My company will have nothing to do with them or any affiliates.

It was so easy to check in, the rooms are great, the common area is really scenic, and as someone who just drove in from Denver, the check-in and location of the hotel was just perfect. Two thumbs way up. This is my first stay at a Radisson Hotel, but it's definitely not my last.

The desk clerk should have alerted me to what I would experience during my two-day and night stay at this hotel. The clerk possessed a delightful personality, but in another setting, they could have passed as a homeless person... Unprofessional in dress and appearance. The building itself showed signs of wear that could be helped with at least some touch-up paint. The room was for a handicapped person and I have no need for those amenities so it felt like I was in a clinical setting instead of an inviting room for my relaxation. The room temperature was set at 72 but felt like ten degrees colder. I assumed the thermostat had been set just prior to my check-in so it would warm up in a few hours. Getting in bed shortly after arriving, I woke up in the night to discover a room that was cool enough for my arms outside the covers to feel ice cold to the touch. I had to set the thermostat at 80 degrees for the room to feel like 72 degrees. The bed itself was on the stiff side. it was an 8 on a 1-10 scale. Some people like that but my research indicates that most prefer a little softer mattress -- a 6.5. At first the TV worked fine. The second night I left for a dinner engagement so I turned off the TV. Coming back a few hours later, the TV would not turn back on. I called the front desk for suggestions. Nothing helped. I walked to the front desk thinking an in-person visit might help solve the problem. Still no solution. The next morning there was no follow-up to try to get the TV to operate. The workers at this establishment did not seem to care that I was satisfied or not with my stay. The three-star rating for this hotel should be downgraded to one star. I'm not unset. I just will never stay here again.

Great hotel. It has just been remodeled so the rooms are modern and cozy. Very comfortable bed and great staff. The hot tub is very warm and is in a convenient location. Would definitely recommend to a friend.

Room was as shown on website and cozy. The ambiance of the lobby and restaurant was nice. I was surprised with how big and cozy the pool and hot tub area was. Would recommend to friends and family for a visit.

Bar tender was in to nig of a hurry to close down at 830. Asked what we wanted and that he was closing in 30 minutes. By 845 he was turning lights off and by 9pm door was locked and we got kicked out. Hours say till 10pm. In a hotel where it's busy one would think they would have the bar open till 10 or even 11 each night.

Slowest Check in experience ever. At least 10-15 minutes per guest. Was told that the property have slow computers, outdated software and the fact that the city of Lenexa has a rule about checkin. 1st guest room I was put in on 2nd floor, other side of the hotel was truly unacceptable. Have never seen a room so old and run down that was in a Radisson property. I went back to the desk and waited again to get a different room, this time on the newer side on 4th floor. Was a bit to walk to get too but acceptable. I did have to seek out a housekeeping person in the hallway to come in and sweep the floor. Also the room had not been completely stocked with supplies, coffee, shampoo, etc. Staffing service was slow and the fact that this property only had one person at the front desk on the weekends was ridiculous. The best and really only good part of my stay was the excellent service I received during my breakfast by your employee Sunny.
