I came in over the weekend and overheard a short woman with dark hair speaking so disrespectfully to her employees. The things she was saying made me extremely uncomfortable and I felt bad for the staff. I will not be coming back.

The service at this location is disappointing and could greatly benefit from better staff training. While the staff is friendly and the atmosphere is enjoyable, the service has consistently fallen short. We have visited multiple times and have repeatedly experienced the same issues—incorrect orders and inattentive servers. However, it’s clear that the problem stems from a lack of proper training rather than the staff themselves. In contrast, other locations provide excellent service, making dining there a much more enjoyable experience.

TERRIBLE HOST. I understand a wait but you don’t sit 6 groups just as large before others. 40-45 min wait became an hour wait. Just for myself to ask after we was the only ones in line waiting to get told, You guys are a large group (8) and we only have 1 table for you, so my guess is another 10-15 mins. NO THANK YOU! A good host would have offered splitting tables or asking to split. Watched 6 other groups of 6 go ahead. Was going to be my first time to eat here. Never will try it again due to this. The kicker of it all was watching a young group come in and get told, we’re busy but we will push you guys in front.

Always busy here. Great atmosphere, service and food. Parking is always terrible. One always ends up circling the lot or parking in other area business spots. I’m sure those businesses get frustrated with that

Food is always good, service is always better! Our waiter was great and attentive. We've never had a bad experience when coming here making a reviewing so easy! We have hit a few different locations around the area and always have the same results time and again. Food is the same across the board, you can tell the chefs are taught exactly the same and follow same protocols. Menu isn't huge making perfecting each dish much easier. There some specials throughout the week, definitely check them when you're there. Drinks are exceptional, per my husband one of the best old fashioneds around and he has them every single place we go so that's says a lot. If you haven't been, what are you waiting for? Don't sleep on this spot!

Ordered the fish and chips. The fish was the size of fish sticks! Disappointed in the meal for $20 it wasn't worth it!
Love Red Door, food is always good! Chicken enchiladas and chicken strips are delicious. Service was attentive, efficient and friendly. Always a pleasant experience
The food and the service is great each time I go. However, the booths are incredibly uncomfortable. It has been awhile since I was at Red Door last so I forgot how uncomfortable they are. Before we received our check I had to stand because I couldn’t sit for one more second. Go for the food but ask for a table with chairs. Never again for me.
