Ronnie’s is a friendly, family-owned restaurant offering hearty breakfast and lunch for a fair price.
The place is nothing fancy…and that is part of the appeal. It’s a comfortable restaurant that looks exactly like you’d expect a Midwestern breakfast place to look.
The staff are all very friendly and helpful.
The food is good and servings are large.
Ronnie’s seems to have a substantial number of regular customers, which makes me think the food and service are consistently good.

When we are looking for a place to grab breakfast on the weekends, Ronnie‘s is our go to restaurant. The service is usually pretty good and the wait for the food is very reasonable. They have a very extensive menu with all of the basic breakfast items as well as sandwiches and salads for lunch. When we go on the weekends, it’s not unusual to have a short wait. Even though there may be a lot of people standing inside the door or even outside, they seem to get people through rather quickly and we’ve never had more than a 10 minute wait. On this particular visit, we got there at 10:30 on a Sunday morning and were able to walk right in and get a table. My guy got the classic breakfast, which is his usual. It consists of eggs, potatoes, meat, and toast. I ordered the fruit crêpes and it comes with a muffin. My choices today were blueberry, cranberry, or banana. It was blueberry for me. The muffins are just OK. The crêpe meal consists of two crêpes, generously filled with sliced bananas and strawberries, covered in strawberry yogurt, blueberries and blackberries. It is delicious. I’ve been ordering this for years and I can never seem to finish it. If you like French toast, do not miss the cinnamon roll french toast. It’s my favorite thing on the menu. Our service today was quick and efficient and we were in and out of there in 30 minutes. The restaurant setting itself is very open and so it can get a little bit noisy at times. But we happen to like this setting and enjoy going there.

Ordered online to pickup. It was my friends birthday and each staff member that walked by wished her a great birthday. They also gave her a cinnamon roll togo with frosting, sprinkles and a candle in a togo box. And wrote Happy Birthday! The food.....Holy cow! The portion sizes are generous. And it taste is absolutely amazing. I ordered th club and this has to be the best one I have ever had. You cannot go wrong with this place! Food, atmosphere and service are all top notch!
Great value. Omelet was very large and filling and full of good stuff. Rye bread was toasted right and had a pleasant amount of butter. Impressed. Exceeded expectations. Friendly environment. Not trying to reinvent the wheel. Just good food done right.

The food was fantastic, the decor was perfect. It was a little noisy from the breakfast crowd but you should expect that from a great breakfast restaurant with familiar faces and delicious food. Our waitress was very friendly and treated us as if she saw us everyweekend. Nice large portions and coffee at the ready. This was our first time here and will not be our last.
