As a new customer, I’ve come to this location twice now - both times that they’re supposed to be open based on their google business hours and both times they’ve had a sign posted saying they were closed / had different hours. I won’t try a third time. :(

Savoy its more than a tea shop- It’s my morning sanctuary- the place I visit to set the tone for my entire day. It’s a quiet refuge for an evening pot of tea where all the weeks tasks melt away. The tea is amazing, but what sets it apart- The staff! I’ve never walked in and not had a smile , a friendly welcome and a treat for my pup, Shakespeare! I stumbled upon savoy by chance and now I don’t know what I’d do without savoy - Mary, Sasha, Anthony and Caitlyn. They’ve taught me so much about tea and always have the best recommendations! If you haven’t tried Savoy, you should! Bring a book, because once you step in you won’t want to leave. It’s such an amazing atmosphere. Love savoy and the savoy crew, forever! ❤️ oh and Shakespeare - He LOVES savoy. Bring your pups, they have treats! Very pet friendly

Savoy Tea Co.’s actual tea is fantastic—but their customer service is absolutely terrible. Every time I’ve gone into the store, the employees barely acknowledge me, and when they do, the interaction is awkward and unhelpful. But the worst experience? I called to inquire about preordering tea, and Mary—yes, an actual employee—told me, “Let me put you on hold while I finish my drink, then I’ll help.” Excuse me?! What kind of service is that? I’ve recommended this place to multiple people, but honestly, if you go, be prepared for some of the worst customer service imaginable.

I visited the Lenexa location and had a great experience. Lauren was very knowledgeable and helped me pick out 5 new teas to try. She also made me a great lavender vanilla chai latte. I highly recommend stopping in if you’re a tea drinker and looking for something new to try!

I was so excited to go here but unfortunately it was disappointing! They had a lovely atmosphere and selection of teas, and it was nice to try the samples. I was eager to try a specialty tea latte, so my friend and I both got an iced lavender vanilla tea latte. Both drinks were a VERY dark brown color (similar to the color of espresso) and tasted so syrupy sweet that they were nearly undrinkable. I had to dilute my 18oz latte to an entire liter before it tasted normal. The drinks ended up making both of us feel sick afterwards. ?

I tried several times to get help / info from staff, I reached out to corporate, and no response. I have nothing nice to say about my 4 experiences with savory tea co. I only left this review for others who are seeking out a love for tea. Stick to locally owned mom and pop if you don't have a PhD in tea.

A good selection of teas. You can also get prepared tea by the cup or kettle. They employees have always been very nice and try to be helpful, but tea is an individual taste so there are limits. The prices are good for 3oz loose leaf, but you can only get a sample or 3oz.

I love Savoy Tea! The selection of teas is nice! From black, green, white, herbal, caffeine free, Yerba mate, and pu’er teas! I like that they have revolving tea samples inside the store. The price is good for the price of the tea. The employees seem very knowledgeable about tea and are very helpful in helping customers pick out the perfect product. I love going and will be a definite repeat customer.

Jennifer and I always try the tea shops when we travel, and Savoy Tea is better than most. This location is in a developing area and will soon be a very busy place. The teas we sampled were good, with unique flavors and a huge variety. The only word of caution is that we're from a few hours north and don't drink sweet tea. Some of their selections and very sweet and are not noted in the descriptions.

This is becoming my girlfriend's and my favorite spot!Everyone who works here is so kind, inviting, and really take their time to explain different teas and options to us. I've been on the receiving end of some fantastic customer service, and have seen so many other customers given the same level of excellent treatment. This is the first place I've ever WANTED to become a regular at. We will always come by for our Strawberries and Cream and Lavender Vanilla lattes!!! :)
