Their team is one of the most attentive, intuitive, and engaging I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. As someone who spent more than 15 years in the service industry, I was amazed by the team here as really being on the same page. Not to mention one of the best haircuts I've ever had.

Hairstylists don’t really listen to what you want, it’s like the only know one haircut. And the bartender who logged me in was too focused on flirting to let my stylist know I was there so I was sitting for over an hour. Pretty shitty.

This is such a well run business and the people are amazing. We lost everything in a house fire 2 weeks ago and I’ve been a member for several years. I stopped by because my son needed to return to school and needed a haircut. I briefly mentioned the fire and they accommodated him immediately and gave him a very generous gift bag. Definitely lost $ on his haircut but just great people offering great service w huge hearts. Kudos to the entire team!
