I had one of the best customer service experiences of any kind at Scissors and Scotch. I came in for a same-day haircut in a pinch, and I left with a membership. Their team is one of the most attentive, intuitive, and engaging I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. As someone who spent more than 15 years in the service industry, I was amazed by the team here as really being on the same page. Not to mention one of the best haircuts I've ever had.
First time coming here and it was an amazing cut and experience. Signed up for the membership right after. If you want to prioritize how you look and want some relaxing, come to Scotch and Scissors at Lenexa!
This is such a well run business and the people are amazing.
We lost everything in a house fire 2 weeks ago and I’ve been a member for several years. I stopped by because my son needed to return to school and needed a haircut. I briefly mentioned the fire and they accommodated him immediately and gave him a very generous gift bag. Definitely lost $ on his haircut but just great people offering great service w huge hearts. Kudos to the entire team!
