Every single time I go to this store I am greeted with more than just service and a smile. The staff here not only makes my coffee beverage and food order perfectly, but they also go the extra mile to make me feel like a part of their Scooters family. I can not remember a single time my food or drink was not on par. The staff is always super kind, friendly and very helpful. The atmosphere of the store is extremely welcoming and the store itself is always clean and relaxing. As I sit to have my coffee I hear the staff treat everyone who walks into their store the same way, so I know I am not a special customer, everyone is. I have also been to the store when they have had community events, hosting for animal adoptions and the local soccer leagues. They certainly care for more than just going to work everyday. The go beyond their call of duty as baristas!!

I had fantastic experience at Scooter's today. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful and the Chai latte was made perfectly. It was exactly what I needed after a long week . The store was so clean and you can tell they take pride in all they do there . I highly recommend and will definitely be coming back. The only thing that has bothered me ever since I was there this afternoon was that rude customer who treated them so unkind . It really bothered me . You can't please everyone but wanted you to know I was super impressed and will be back

Love coming to this Scooters location, the service is quick and efficient and taste is consistent and staff is always friendly. I always get my favorite mango and ice smoothie and it never fails to satisfy (Medium size has the best ratio imo) but I really miss the pretzel sticks, bring them back! 😭😂

Never had a bad cup of coffee at a Scooters. Recently, I was waiting for my car to be serviced and went over to Scooters to wait and have a cup. The staff were nice and accomodating but I think hygienic practices need a bit ramping up. The staff use their hands to touch the register, their face, their phones, empty trash, etc, and then they use those same hands to pour a cup of coffee and then place a lid on top of it. My service person was actually scratching their nose several time as they prepared to make my order. They filled my cup a bit too full and went to wipe the overspill from the outside of my cup with an apron that looked like it was in need of a good wash. I did mention that I would prefer they not do that and they apologized and changed out the lid. I took my coffee to my seat and got out my sanitizing wipes to wipe down my cup and removed the lid. Though I would consider going back, I would do so with sanitizing wipes in hand .Just a bit more attention to cleanliness would make a big difference in quality of service.

My first and LAST time eating at Scooter’s Coffee. The breakfast sandwich was pretty good (bacon/egg/cheese on a ciabatta bun), on the smaller side but still good. Coffee was nothing special (just black). But it was the 2 black bugs drowning in my cup of water that made me think about what I’d just eaten. They filled the cup from a nearby sink with all kinds of health violations seemingly nearby. Absolutely disgusting when they merely dumped the cup down the open floor drain located right where the sandwiches are made. Maybe their Regulars don’t mind such a disgustingly gross place but Scooter’s, while maybe a good place for teenagers to work, is simply disgusting.
