Plenty of pool and darts and beer is cold, staff apparently tries to ignore anyone who isn’t a local though. Bartender tried to ignore me at an empty bar, only one of the servers had a friendly attitude, I’ve worked in hospitality for over a decade now and it was some of the coldest customer service I’ve ever seen.

T was an amazing waitress. So fun and energetic. She gave great suggestions and took great care of us the entire time we were there. That girl deserves a raise! Thank you T for for amazing service and fun personality. Please make sure she sees or hears this. Food was also fantastic especially the loaded fries! On Friday September 19th at 7:30PM a group of 10 of us (college students and at least 21) walked in to eat some food and play some pool. Immediately we noticed that there might either be a league going on or something so we didn’t go straight to a table. Then a younger female, light skin, pink shirt, and black pants. Who even looked around our age came up to us immediately with attitude. Demanding to see our IDs (even though it isn’t 9:00) and as we went to show her our IDs she just kept disrespectfully telling us that we can’t play pool, there’s darts over there, and that there’s a waitlist and if we wanna order food we have an hour to order and eat it. It’s hard to put the attitude she had into a review but regardless she drove away 10 customers from the business because she couldn’t give us a little bit of respect. Whatever her name is she needs to have a class on customer service.

The manager is also on point! Handled the entire evening beautifully. There was drama, which is not normal, but manager handled the situation with class. We won’t play pool anywhere else. All the servers are amazing and management wants everyone to enjoy their time. Zero complaints.

We had a large party, more than 20) on Monday 12/16/2024. Steven was our waiter and knocked it out of the park. Drinks were always quickly served and he was never frustrated. He made our Christmas party even better!
