Ate here last night and this restaurant is a "must try!" I had the 12 oz. KC Strip, mashed potatoes, garlic green beans, and... for dessert, apple caramel bread pudding with cinnamon ice cream was to die for! The atmosphere was a bit loud for my taste, but aside from that, it was delightful!

I had the salmon and my friend had the sea bass. It was excellent. We also had the signature cocktail on special at the bottom of the daily specials menu (although I can’t recall the name of it) and it was phenomenal as was the chocolate martini and the key lime pie martini.

I ordered the smoked and braised rib Mac and cheese and it puts all other Mac and cheese in town to shame !
I went in for lunch and had a great time at this facility.

I must say, Sierra Grill blew me away with their food! We came here for a dinner with my in-laws, and I really had no expectations as I hadn’t heard of the restaurant. The service and food was absolutely phenomenal. A great selection of wine and cocktails was an added bonus. We ordered a few appetizers, the smoked & braised beef crostini and the scallop ceviche, both just so fresh and flavorful. Our table tried the ribeye, lamb, and braised short rib and HOLY CRAP. Every single meat was cooked to perfection. We will definitely come back for another special occasion dinner.

As someone with Celiac Disease, I was a little hesitant to order from a non-marked menu. However, our server and the cook staff were well-versed and clearly had accommodated those with dietary restrictions before. Not only do they have a dedicated fryer, they verbally confirmed my dish as being gluten-free upon delivery. 24 hours later, I had zero adverse reactions and no flare up. Would definitely go again!

Dinner was delicious - Braised Short Rib and Halibut (over the risotto to change things up)! The wood-fired grill was such a cool vibe and made the meal extra good. Our server put the bow on top of our experience, and the hostess on the way in and host on the way out the door were friendly and engaged. We will be back!

Lexi was very Helpful with letting us know about the choices and the food was awesome. I had the ribeye sandwich which is on specials for Fridays. My daughter has the turkey club delicious and my wife had the grilled cheese and the salmon crostinis all were great!.
Everything we ate was phenomenal. The ahi tuna was my favorite. Our steaks were cooked perfectly to our orders. I highly recommend and will definitely go back.

Food is generally tasty and interesting but can be variable (best chicken I've ever had, so-so creme brulee, pass on the mashed potatoes), but the staff are very friendly and professional and make it an experience worth repeating. Be aware that it may be noisier than expected due to the restaurant layout, but this is made up for by the bowl of Andes mints on the way out.
