Was a very nice set up very elegant inside and nice lodge decor but modern feel. The service was great and attentive. The let down was the food. I enjoyed my soup more than the burger I ordered, and the soup was warm instead of hot.

Had dinner recently and cannot provide enough positive feedback on the experience. First, props to our server, Hunter, who was a seasoned pro and engaged us with a bit of education, guidance, and humor. His attention and response were perfectly spaced and I'd highly recommend requesting him if you dine there soon. Second a big shout to to Taylor, the mgr, who helped with a few operational requests regarding our reservation and care. Taylor went out of his way to accommodate our party and ensure we had pleasant experience at Silo. Last the food was incredibly well made...it can go head-to-head with the best restaurants in the Plaza, Crossroads, and Johnson County. Salads were hearty, meat was beyond tender/flavorful, sides were well seasoned. If you're looking for a unique, fine dining experience, look no further than Silo Farmhouse.

We had such a great dining experience. Our servers name is Kat daddy she was super nice, attentive, and overall just fantastic at her job. the food was great, the atmosphere is wonderful. She will keep us coming back for sure.
Just came here for the second time and after having an excellent experience last time, this visit fell completely flat. The bisque was thick like pudding. The goat cheese was still great, the sides served with my steak were very good. The steak however was completely overcooked on the half of it that I didn’t eat and left on the table in the to go container. The flavor was on point, but there’s nothing worse than a filet that is tough and chewy. The side room we were seated in felt like we had a full power spot light on the table and it wasn’t fun being seated in that room. Service seemed slow and inattentive this time around versus last time when it seemed that everyone was on point and we never had to as for a thing. This visit was a stark contrast from just two months ago. For $215 and just the two of us, we talked about it today and we both agree that things have slipped and it’ll be a while before someone convinces us to return.

I am a vegan/vegetarian and when friends said we were dining at silo I was skeptical they would have anything I could eat other than what most upscale meat, farm to table usally have, which is normally a pasta dish. I was more than surprised when the tofu entrée they offer was one of the best things I have ever tasted !! Truly delicious and well prepared. A huge thank you to the chef and kitchen staff !! All my friends loved their streaks, fried chicken etc entrée s as well . Our server was incredible. Don't be afraid to take your vegan / vegetarian friends with you to this incredible restaurant. I will definitely be back !!

Absolutely top notch service, comparable to 801 Chophouse and other upscale restaurants across the Metro. The meal itself was delicious and was surprisingly well priced, especially considering the excellent presentation and quality of food. Overall, we had an amazing experience and will definitely be back again!
My husband and I’s favorite restaurant in the KC metro! The prime rib sandwich, cheese curds, and whipped goat cheese are our favorites. Perfect for a date night or family dinner! Never had bad service. Highly recommend!
