We love coming to Silo. It's one of our favorite places to go for date night and Silo once again knocked it out of the park. The atmosphere is great, food is absolutely delicious and the service is top notch.Our reservation was for 5 so we were able to take advantage of Happy Hour for our appetizer and cocktails which is always a plus. We started with the Whipped Goat Cheese plate. It comes with crostini, prosciutto, fruit and honey and is so good!!My husband got the 8 oz Boursin Beef Tenderloin with whipped potatoes and asparagus. He said the steak melted in his mouth, per usual. The potatoes were creamy and delicious and the asparagus was tender and tasty. He added a scallop and it was cooked perfectly.I had the Salt-Smoked Beet Salad and added on grilled chicken. The salad comes with goat cheese and a pistachio butter apricot vinaigrette. It comes together so well and is really a delicious bite every time.We both decided on dessert this time. Sometimes we share, but this time we each had to get our own. My husband went with the peanut butter chocolate chip pie and I had the layered chocolate cake. They both were incredible and were a perfect finish to an amazing meal.It was a really enjoyable evening across the board and we have to mention our amazing server Shannon. She always does an incredible job...she's really the best!

Was very excited to try Silo for the first time tonight. We didn’t make reservations but were offered to sit at the communal table despite most of the restaurant being empty; this did strike me as odd for 6PM on a Friday.We had multiple waiters pass us by but no one stopped at us for service. After about 15 minutes of this we decided to leave. I would have understood had the restaurant been busy but the restaurant other than the bar was mostly empty. Seeing the waiters huddled together watching the TV’s was the tipping point. We left with menus on the table, no water glasses and the lobby was empty. No workers said anything to us as we were walking out.Expect this from a bar but not from the type of restaurant Silo is trying to be. Went down the street to Sierra Grill for a great meal with great service.

I have been to Silo for brunch, but tonight was the first time for dinner. My husband and I went for our birthdays, and we were treated like royalty. Our servers Wafaa and Kelley were attentive, informative, and so friendly. They really made the night a special one. We had the scallops and pork shoulders, and both were delicious! We got complimentary champagne and chocolate cake for our birthdays. Highly recommend!

I would give this place 5 stars.,...I'm always excited to eat here but Tonite the food wasn't PAR. Goat cheese always money as an app. But I ordered the lamb chomps tonite and they were awful, cut unevenly and fatty. My daughter had the shrimp with angel hair and only got 4 shrimp. I just want people to know that this place is amazing but they did not hit it out of the golf course with these 2 items .
