We drove by this headed to a different chicken place and chuckled at the name while noticing how busy they were. Upon arriving at our intended destination, we decided slim chickens looked better. I'm so glad we did! The service was awesome, the food was fresh and well seasoned, and the prices weren't bad for the amount of food you get. My only complaint would be the table we sat at was still dirty. However, as soon as we sat down the nice young woman that took our order came over and cleaned it while apologizing for not getting to it yet. The place was packed so it made sense, and it just had a few crumbs. We will definitely add this as a regular choice when we're in the area.

As much as my family loves Slims chicken, we never knew about their app and rewards savings until one of their nice employee told us. Recently, we spent about $80 plus meal, and one of their staffs already scanned our ticket. My husband went back there, and the manager on-site promised that their General manager was gonna call us. Till now, we heard nothing. I hate when I am being scammed. I will never go back to that location again, or better still boycott slim chickens altogether.

Dropped pay for the workers but kept prices higher as ever because of inflation 😐 starting pay was 14/hr for a little bit but its dropped. Originally the price increases were explained to be for employees raises and inflation. But not pay has dropped and inflation has slowed. But prices are still being raised. Slims meal before everything got out of control was less than $8 before taxes now its over $12... taxes chicken price and inflation did not go up 50% in the last few years 🤣

Chicken was a bit rubbery, but still good. The diablo sauce is atrocious.
My family and I LOVE this place! The chicken is amazing and the fries are always perfect. Good atmosphere and friendly staff. The only thing I noticed that they can try to do a little bit better is to give the same amount of fries in to-go and drive-thru orders as you give when dining-in. Other than that, this place rocks!
Slim Chickens used to be one of our favorite fast food restaurants, but it's really gone downhill lately. Anytime we get wings, there's always a pool of grease at the bottom... It soaks into the fries, making the majority of them inedible. We've had this issue at the OP location as well, which is a shame because their wings are really good. When we ask for things to be put on the side to prevent this, they never do. They've also started nickel-and-diming everything, which they weren't doing even a couple months ago. After 6+ months of consistent bad experiences, we will no longer be customers.
