Finally was able to select the location only to get so far as to select the items and “add to bag” would not work. Drove to the restaurant and asked for the 6.99 Chick meal and would not sell it to me. Wanted to instead charge me $10.50. Slim Chicken lost a sale on your Birthday week.

That is by far one of the most disorganized establishments I’ve been to in a long time! We place an order online. Said order would be ready by 6:41. Showed up at 6:45. Was told they are still working on our order. No big deal it happens. 6:55 comes and goes 7:00 comes and goes. Our order is sitting in the window the whole time waiting on one item. People come in and order and have their stuff within 5 minutes. The kid running the window pulled our stuff out of the bag and opened containers about 5-10 times. Then another guy comes and does the same thing all through the course of this. 7:10 food is still sitting there waiting on a Mac a cheese bowl. The kid at the counter knows this and still to proceed to unbag our food and open everything once again after already sitting there for over 20 minutes and opened countless times. 7:14 food is finally handed to us. Of course food is now cold. Ordered of fried mushrooms isn’t even edible at this point. Kitchen staff and kid running window had zero clue to why was going on and what was being made and needed. Over 75 dollars in food just to get it home and cold because they couldn’t figure out what he just put in the bag all at the same time he’s supposed to be training a new hire on how to work the counter/window when he himself clearly did not even know.

Chicken is the bomb man, it’s my go to place when I want some chicken. The employees are quite patient and help out when ordering, which is extremely rare in the fast food business. It’s an incredibly unique place indeed. Their shakes are also amazing plus they give jumbo straws so you don’t gotta work to get the stuff out. The food comes out hot as hell so you don’t gotta worry about it being cold neither. It’s the best fast food chicken around here.

The staff was very nice, when they brought us our food we didnt notice we were short 2 chicken wings, but they apologized and quickly made us aware and brought them out for every order. The environment was clean, and the food was very high quality. Definitely would come back here again.

I love Slim Chickens' fried mushrooms. I was so sad about a year ago they took them off of the menu but today.... There they were back on the menu! The mushrooms aren't soggy they are fried and flavorful.

The last couple times we've been here the service has been pretty rough. The staff have been nice, but the number of mistakes is way too high. They've been forgetting sauces, sending out cold food, my Mac and cheese never has the melted colby jack shreds day shift puts on it, tonight the order taker assumed we both wanted large drinks instead of asking so we were overcharged, and a few weeks ago they literally chased our car down to tell us we had the wrong order and then forgot half of it in the bag. When we went inside to ask for the rest of the order they were handing out what they took from us to another car. I ended up having COVID that week, hopefully nobody else got it. Tonight there were no onions on my cayenne ranch sandwich.

Food is good but it typically takes 15 minutes or more in the drive through. After about the 6th time of them screwing up my order in a row I'm done coming here. I don't know how chicken and fries is so difficult.
At one point they chased us down having given us the wrong order and gave it to someone else. Girlfriend had COVID so I hope you didn't get that food.
