I love Slim Chickens' fried mushrooms. I was so sad about a year ago they took them off of the menu but today.... There they were back on the menu! The mushrooms aren't soggy they are fried and flavorful.

The last couple times we've been here the service has been pretty rough. The staff have been nice, but the number of mistakes is way too high. They've been forgetting sauces, sending out cold food, my Mac and cheese never has the melted colby jack shreds day shift puts on it, tonight the order taker assumed we both wanted large drinks instead of asking so we were overcharged, and a few weeks ago they literally chased our car down to tell us we had the wrong order and then forgot half of it in the bag. When we went inside to ask for the rest of the order they were handing out what they took from us to another car. I ended up having COVID that week, hopefully nobody else got it. Tonight there were no onions on my cayenne ranch sandwich.

Food is good but it typically takes 15 minutes or more in the drive through. After about the 6th time of them screwing up my order in a row I'm done coming here. I don't know how chicken and fries is so difficult.
At one point they chased us down having given us the wrong order and gave it to someone else. Girlfriend had COVID so I hope you didn't get that food.

Employee in the drivethru on the night of October 26th took my credit card around the corner inside and took a picture of it with his phone. I guess he didn't think I could see him or didn't care. I had to order a replacement card.

The food was an absolute disappointment. Just getting off work wanting to get something to eat before I go home and the chicken wings tasted like they have been sitting out for hours and then they tried to just cover it with sauce it was so hard it hurt my teeth to bite. The chicken strips were the only thing that was cooked and it was only some of them because part of them were cold and the other ones weren't. The french fries were completely cold and soggy. They had been sitting there for at least 40 minutes. I understand that the crew is getting ready to go home or getting ready to close up but I also am willing to wait for them to cook my entire meal fresh. I don't mind waiting and I said that. So to wait only to get cold food and only a couple of pieces of chicken are hot it was very saddening. Didn't even eat all the food ended up throwing most of it away because it was just hard and old. Worst experience ever at a slim chickens The only thing that was a plus was the fact that they drive through cashier was one of the most polite nicest customer service representatives I ever encountered in a drive-thru. They were very pleasant very sweet. However the food was atrocious. Neveragain 😔

Had to wait over an hour and 10 minutes for a large carryout catering order. They have done nothing to compensate me for my hassle or contact me to see how they can make it right. I have contacted the manager multiple times and he has yet to return my communication to resolve this issue

Ppl in drive thru didn't seem like they like there job. Meals are too high for chicken strips and 4 strips warrants 2 sauces not one. Better service and a more charm when talking to customers.
