It's nice there sending coupons to bring back customers. However employees need to do their part too. Instead of taking care of customers there more worry about witch team they like from NFL.

used to work here! (not being biased) lol i’ve worked mainly in food service, and i can say this is one of the only places i’ve worked at that i’d feel comfortable returning to as a customer. everything is very clean & sanitary, there are blenders set aside for nut allergies, it’s delicious and all natural. everyone is very nice, well informed on the menu, and gives great recommendations! not to mention super fast!! this location is the place to go for the best experience :)

I asked for vegan protein to be added to my PB Sizzle bowl and was told they couldn't do it even though I had asked for the same thing at a different Smoothie King a few days before and there was no issue with it. When I asked the person behind the counter why he couldn't do it he gave me an explanation that didn't make sense.

I had to get my oil changed and didn't want to wait at the mechanic's, so I popped in here to sit and wait. The guest-facing areas were very tidy and clean, and the decor isn't overbearing. The prices are high, as would be expected from a boutique, health-oriented smoothie chain. My smoothie was made well, consistent in taste and texture.However, what made me want to write this review were the employees. Kenna made my smoothie, and Jerome was also working there at that time. They made my hour wait feel like minutes. They were very friendly and conversational, in a genuine way. If a smoothie is in my budget for that day, I could see myself going there more often, if not just for their great customer service.

I love this place.. My family demands it weekly... but here's the truth on the Peanut Power Plus. No matter how many times I say extra peanut butter, no matter how many times I ask... have you changed the recipe? Cause I never taste the peanut butter anymore.... Doesn't matter what I say or what location. This damn drink has zero peanut butter taste. Drives me insane, because I've ordered this for years, at multiple locations and it WAS my favorite. ---- Change it back or know that when someone says they like peanut butter.. put the damn peanut butter in there!Rant done. I'll still be back!

Love coming by smoothie king after a long shift at work to relax, it’s cozy inside and always festive with decorations during the holidays. It’s always clean and bright. Every smoothie I’ve had has always tasted great and was made to my liking. Seems every time I come by Alexis is there, she is amazing, always nice, never fails to brighten your day or put a smile on your face. She is nice enough to learn your name and isn’t afraid to have a conversation while you’re waiting for your smoothie. She’s also great at suggesting something on the menu if you’re looking to try something new. If there were an extra star you guys would get it!
