Delicious, warm, and tasty home cooked Pakistani meals couldn’t taste better. Me and my fiancé have been regulars for about 4 years now. Sohaila and Amad are amazing cooks who know what they’re doing when it comes to authentic Pakistani meals. My favorite two dishes are chicken biryani and haleem but you truly can’t go wrong with any of their food!
Every bite is delicious and the specials are amazing. Try the lamb curry!

The samosa chaat here has TWO samosa with just the right amount of sauce and topped with pomegranate for texture, very delicious layers of flavors! Tawa qeema (ground beef in spices) had good amount of ginger and kick to make it very scrumptious with naan. As mentioned elsewhere, if you can't handle spicy food please let them know upfront, or have more yoghurt with your food.

Food that tastes like home! We tried the biryani, samosa chaat, and sampled a bit of everything. Everything was so delicious it was hard to choose a favorite. The portions are also so generous. The owner was incredibly kind and welcoming, which made the experience even better. Highly, definitely, positively recommend!

The owner was so kind and explained the menu so well. The briyani ran out and we got the last one and it was SO GOOD. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Lenexa Public Market. They do catering too!
My best friend is Pakistani American and her mother used to make us the most amazing Pakistani food. For years I wished for a place where I could have those dishes again and Sohaila’s kitchen is that place. Not only is the food incredible and made with so much love (the biryani is unlike anything you can get anywhere else), but the people are truly so kind and wonderful. Sohaila is often there cooking the amazing food, and so is her son whose love for her and what they do is so obvious. They truly make you feel like family. Everyone should visit Sohaila’s kitchen. I go every chance I get!
