It seemed like there was only one person trying to run the whole place and I did feel bad for the guy.

Half the machines are "out of order" for the past 6 months. I've often waited 10 minutes just for them to answer the call light even when there are only 2 other cars. Today both employees were out taking a smoke break with an empty sonic, so we just kept driving.

It has taken over 15 minutes since I pushed the red button and there is still no one taking the order there are only 5 cars here. This is ridiculously slow. I don't blame the staff, it's only a cook and a runner but I do blame the scheduler for such a lack of staffing. I am leaving at this point and it will probably be awhile before I ever go to sonic again. Get it together.

Literally gave me no reeses when i paid for extra and I had to ask for more and then PAY FOR MORE EXTRA but he gave me barely any. He was so rude about doing his job and. They used to be good here but now they give you nothing, don’t mix the shake and are just rude as hell. In my opinion this location just needs to shut down, they used to be so popular here but now its the worst location. The only good thing about this place is the atmosphere because it just reminds me of coming here when I was younger for my sisters soccer games after.

Parking lot is horrible. Nothing but a patchwork quilt of holes and years of minimal attempts to fix. EDIT UPDATE They finally fixed the parking lot but the entrance road is still bad.

this is close to work, but it is either not taking orders, does not open early for breakfast, and does not take on line orders, have left reviews and notified you a few times, But it is still the same. For over 2 years this sonic has been a joke and by the number of poor reviews I wonder why this continues to happen. Maybe a new management or other action needs to be taken.......I do not want the usual reply from corporate that you are looking in to this....You have a few years of bad reviews, this is hurting your entire chain.......

This Sonic is the worst. First off 90% of the stalls are out of order then if you find one that isn’t no one will take your order when you press the button. After trying two different stalls and waiting far too long I left. I would have rated the food, but I couldn’t get any. The sad thing is it’s been like this for months. I should have know better than to come back. I guess I’ll start going to the gas station across the street.
