So rude when they messed up my order. I simply asked if they made it differently since the sausage and egg toaster had the burrito filling inside instead of a the folded egg and piece of sausage. The guy at the window got an attitude slammed the window in my face proceeded to video record me with the kids in the car. Corporate was notified.
I placed an order on the app and drove to this location. I pulled into the stall and proceeded to wait for over an hour and nobody came to bring my items. I had to go inside and ask what was going on with my order. The workers told me they didn't have any slushes, so why did the app let me order it. They then told me I couldn't have a refund because no manager was there to approve it. The workers proceeded to say there's NOTHING they can do for me. I will never in life return to this location. They need to just shut it down. I asked if I can get shakes and the new guy agreed. Hopefully my kids ain't sipping on spit because I was angry but as polite as possible.

Our experience was quite the opposite of most posted here. We ordered and all of it came out right. We tend to have mistakes in our orders at other Sonic’s… mostly forgetting to take off ketchup, etc.
We had kind service from a younger fellow.
I do think it is quite costly for fast food.

Poor attitude acted like the milkshake she was making for herself was the number one priority 12 min to get 3 cornndogs and an ice tea...no manners and 3/4 full drink

The food was alright but it took awhile. there were also a group of people trying to hustle people outside for money.
Oops, may have mixed up the locations, 1 didn't want to answer the walkup intercom, but was taking drive thru orders... Can't give 1 star, because I didn't bother to look at which locations I reviewed, hopefully they were in reverse order

Just go to a dinner, you'll pay the same price for twice the food and 3x the quality.
I got a chicken sandwich combo meal (with a large milkshake and side of cheese fries). It cost me over $18.
I can get a 6 oz sirloin steak and two sides for $19 at a Texas Roadhouse. This is ridiculous.
I’m not saying the food or service was bad, the staff are good and the food is decent (for fast food standards), but the whole point of fast food is to be quick and cheap. Here it's just quick and overpriced.
Even McDonals isn’t this bad.

Went through the drive thru because all of the stalls were broken. Ordered 3 drinks, the 2 with vanilla taste funky and have chunks/are murky. Something is up with the vanilla flavoring or the ice or something but it’s nasty. Employees were nice but disgusting drinks.

Placed app order and waited 15 minutes after it was to be ready. No one would answer the call button and phone rang busy and no one coming out to ask. Almost every stall had blinking red light because people kept leaving. Out $ because they would not serve.
