The last 3 times we have been to this sonic the tator tots have been horrible, dried out, and tasted very old. Even in the burritos the tator tots taste very old, and hard as rocks.

Took over 10 minutes to answer the speaker and when questioned about it, they said that they were extremely busy with only two cars in the parking lot mine being one of them. Once that car was gone, they still hadn’t answered my speaker so I called the store and was hung up on. Needless to say, I did not tip and the car hop made a rude comment on her way back inside the building.

Don’t plan on going here unless you have an infinite amount of time. Waited 10 min at a stall with no answer so went through the DT and when I asked why it took so long they said some stalls were broke. Then mark them. Also they were not busy at all. Sonic has gone down hill over the years. Very disappointed…

By far the worst sonic I've ever been to. The service is horrendous, and the food is typically quite lackluster.
My breakfast burritos are often very slim with not many toppings inside (compared to most other locations that have significantly larger burritos) and the burgers are typically made very sloppy with toppings falling off.
The worst part is the service. Every time I've come here - typically ordering online ahead of time, and almost always when they aren't very busy - I've still had to wait at least 15 minutes when I get there. When I try to order by pressing the order button, I often wait 10-15 minutes before they even reply. The drive through is just as bad, waiting at least 10 minutes to even order.

I've given this place a few different chances and it's just never been able to deliver. You need some *serious* patience to order here, and there's a very good chance your order will be incorrect when you finally do get it. Just go to the nearby Culver's or Freddie's, it will be faster, tastier, and more accurate.
Today I dropped by for just a drink. I waited 10 minutes in the drive thru for someone to take my order, with the only other car being the one at the window. The drive thru screen shut down, so once the other car left, I pulled up to the window, thinking perhaps they hadn't answered me because the system crashed.
I explained to the worker who answered me at the window what had happened at the box, and asked if I could order, and she said she'd have to get someone else to do that. After another 5 minutes of waiting, I just left. 15 minutes and I couldn't even get my order taken.

We love Sonic but something is going on here lately. I ordered three drinks (two simple slushes and a cherry limeade) on the app. Arrived 5 minutes later and checked in. They were busy and slow. I hit the red button after 10 minutes, no answer. I left for the drive thru five minutes later and received my drinks. My kids don't want to go back any longer.

Food was hard burnt and old it made our stomach hurt ,not very friendly did not put napkins or utensils in bag brought the wrong drink ,never order the soft pretzel you will chip a tooth it's so hard the chilli dog was a day old it was gross
