What happened to this location?? It used to be great. Now, you literally sit in a stall with button pushed or at the drive through for 10 minutes before you're even acknowledged. Even if you're literally the only car in the drive through or the only car in a stall. Same goes for the amount of time it takes to actually get your food. What happened to service?? Management?? I've bailed three out of the last 4 times I've been here because no one helped me. The 4th time I gave them the benefit of the doubt and it. took. forever. I just went to the location on 87th near Antioch and was in and out of a stall in about five minutes. DO BETTER.

Absolutely horribly rude workers came in to get dinner at 7:00 p.m. on a Monday night they were not busy and they were short and rude. When I asked what sauces they had they lied. When I called back and asked them to add the sauce that I wanted that they didn't clear the screen so that I could pay. Then the worker came out and lectured me about paying on the screen and when I tried to explain to her she was dismissive and rude again. Finally i asked if i had offended her and got a snappy response.i only have 2 stars because the food was decent. I can understand when busy sometimes workers get overwhelmed and short. But there were only 2 other cars there. I feel bad for whatever was going on with this worker but the behavior was uncalled for.

The worst fast food experience there is in the entire city, takes 25 to 30 minutes to get your order the staff are lazy and slow, and the ownership doesn't seem to care, it really needs to be shutdown!!

The manager is awesome! She's efficient and thorough in service and communication. A lady named Tammy that works there really makes my visit worth my wild. She makes my day/night every time I get the chance to stop in.
Went to sonic last week, sat in one of the stalls with the red button on for about 12 minutes before leaving, figured maybe this was a bad time. Maybe no employees were present at the time. Same thing today except their was an employee inside walking around. Keep in mind their is multiple cars next to me also receiving no service. Thanks for wasting my time.

Ordered the Double Smash Queso burger. (As advertised, heavily) without jalapeños! Arrived at home, WITH jalapeños and no crispy onions, as shown in the ads. I picked the jalapeños off, but they also had diced raw onions. It was a mess. Nearly inedible! Very disappointed. It was not a good burger. Won’t order it again. Recommend against it!

Everytime I come here it is a 30 min wait. No one takes your order for at least 15-20 mins. Even when there’s no one in the stalls or drive thru. Service has been terrible for awhile now. Love Sonic food but hate coming here because the service is always terrible.
workers want to just hang out in the back and not do their job, we've been sitting out here for a WHILE and NOBODY even tried to help after we have pressed the buttons three times and waited patiently. Two hours before you close is PLENTY of time to give us customer service !

I’m all for being kind, understanding. Though I would say the past 10 times I’ve ordered from here they have forgotten the marinara sauce with the mozzarella sticks. This time I ordered, same thing. On top of it they tried to hide burnt bacon inside the burger vs having some fresh made. Not here to cry but it doesn’t seem the people at this location care too much about the customers. Employees are very short, seeming to rush you out of the line. One on 95th street we never have these issues with.
