So I am Sitting here in the drive-through at 8:06 on 5/27 waiting for the shorter Caucasian lady in the taller, brown gentleman or black to at least come to the window. I noticed that you close at 8:30 and it’s 806 but you won’t even turn around. I’m pretty sure you know that I’m here because you seen me go past but you won’t even turn around to acknowledge me. I think that’s kind of strange so do you close at 8 o’clock and the website says 830.

I’m wondering why I couldn’t get my coffee this morning without being asked if I was happy or disappointed with the election results? It’s none of your business. I came here for a coffee.
Typical experience at Starbucks. Early twenty something with an attitude. Purposely made the wrong drink. So got a refund and went to another Starbucks. When will they learn? This was at 4:00ish on Saturday the 31st. Brunette with horrible attitude. Hopefully the owner, not the manager sees this and takes appropriate action. I just simply take my business elsewhere.

We are from out of town and came for a baseball tournament but had to hit up Starbucks every morning before the ball field! Austin went above and beyond! He was personable, polite, and charismatic! He got a family of 7s order right everyday! Very good at his job and all around a nice guy!
