I love how when the drive thru line is wrapped around the building and you go inside thinking it'll be faster, you stand at the counter while they just ignore you and ends up taking longer than the 10 cars that would have been ahead of you.

I won't be going to this Starbucks location anymore. Their handcrafted drinks never taste the same. Most of their employees show zero pride in their customers. This morning's interaction was the last straw... My mocha tasted like dirty milk with little chocolate flavor and zero sugar/sweetener. While trying not to be a nuisance customer, I waited 7-8 minutes for my bakery item to be dropped on the in-store counter. Only when I asked one of the staff if my croissant was in the works did they grab it from the far countertop where no customer could ever see it. If I order something through the Starbucks app for in-store pickup, why is my order being hidden behind the counter? Overall I just shouldn't have bothered. Again, I won't anymore...
