Went to this establishment for lunch. Walked through the door and the employee on the line looked at me like please don't bother me, I was ready to turn around & go back out the door until the guy said welcome to Subway with a pleasant attitude that is the only reason why I didn't go to another store. The guy fixed our food, the bread was terrible, vegetables looked dry, spinach look like it was spoiling. I ordered the steak 6 inch bacon was half done. The guy tried his best to fix the sandwich right, I told him that he is the reason this store is open his co-worker is running the customers off with her attitude. He said she is having a bad day & working off 3 hours of sleep, well isn't that a good reason to give poor customer service. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SUBWAY, it's worth going to another Subway location.

Absolutely horrible. My husband bought 2 footlongs in the late evening and a young girl that works there made them disgusting! This use to be my favorite subway till that happened almost a month ago. I've tried to get reimbursed. They tell me I need to know store number. I don't have that info. It's a loss on the money. I'm not worried about it anymore. I just know I'll definitely not come back to this location. She didn't even make the sandwiches with the correct ingredients and it was awful. We threw them in the trash as soon as we opened them.I ended up going to Jimmy John's and they were amazing like always. Thank you for nothing Subway.

The manager here that works EVERY morning , you can be having the worst day and just her words of encouragement and positive attitude will make you leave with a smile im never disappointed and sometimes come up there and order just to see how her day is going , she deserves some type of recognition ($$)

The staff was extremely nice. My reason for the 1 star is my husband and I ate here and I got food poisoning from eating the food I got the steak sandwich with bacon...let's just say I haven't left the house for two days. Would not recommend. Very bad.

i said i wanted steak and provolone and he grabbed the bacon and i said steak and provolone no bacon please i don't like bacon and he put steak on AND THEN PUT BACON ON IT ANYWAYS

Placed order through the app came in while the employee was finishing up. The guy working was really nice but our food wasn’t made 100% correct it was missing cheese on two of the three sandwiches and needed to ask for me mayo and mustard which isn’t that big of a deal just giving other people that like to order through the app maybe reconsider that cause it might get made incorrectly. We did use a coupon which saved us $17.00! Other than the missing cheese everything else was great nice clean environment.

I walked in just ahead of several customers. With new subs on the menu, I asked a few questions and ordered the Steak & Cheese Outlaw. Kylie was quick as well as polite. Kylie put my Outlaw Steak & Cheese in the toaster and took the order of the guy next in line. Kylie greeted another customer who walked in. Then I heard a ding. At this time I realized that no other Subway employee's came to help Kylie. She was running the show. The only one working this shop. And the guy behind me and myself slowed things down by talking about work boots and the only one who was working was Kylie. She maintained a good attitude and displayed very impressive multi-tasking skills. I would hire Kylie in a heartbeat. A job well done! knock em dead Kylie!

Ordered in the app 45 mins prior to arriving. Got there and had to wait 30 mins extra because “they couldn’t get to it” when they got to me in line, they said to have a seat and continued to help all the ppl behind me in line. When they did my order, all the toppings were thrown on there which was veryyy sloppy and made it look like a hot dog bun. Smh. Never going to this unorganized place again.

Been to a lot of different subways and this one is the worst. Bought a tuna sandwich and the did not put very little tuna. Never go there again. Wanted to get back on his cell phone. Manager needs to get this handled no supervisor. A foot long for $11.00. This is not subways guidelines I’m sure. Thanks
