My husband picked up my order and I have a gluten allergy. The gentleman who helped him made my order himself and took extra care to make me feel safe. This means so much and I hope someone can reward him for going above and beyond.

The website states this restaurant is open until 2:00 and the “OPEN” sign was lit up, and there were 4 workers in uniform sitting inside in the dining area. We stopped in the parking lot and tried to go in the door to order a meal but one of the workers met us at the door and said the dining area was closed. This was on a Friday night at 11:55.
Taco Bell needs to be considerate of customers and state on this website that the drive thru ONLY is open until 2:00 am , but the inside dining area closes at ???
This was the second time we’ve visited this Taco Bell site and the inside dining area was closed before 12:00.

Ordered on the app before breakfast was stopped being served and when I arrived to the restaurant they said they could make it. “We physically can’t make it”. I would understand if I didn’t put the order in already and paid for it. Also when we pulled up the car in front of us ordered breakfast after the cut off time too. The worker just didn’t want to make it. I’d put 0 stars if I could

I stopped at this taco bell at 1:42 am, I was not greet by an employee and forced to drive to the window to seek help ordering my food. I young boy approached the window and advised that they were closed. Despite the sign in the window that says they close at 2, this boy refused to provide assistance saying they close at what sounds like 1:40 or 1:14. He couldn’t speak to well and we could not understand him. This led to a poor service experience and atmosphere. I was unable to try the food. This is really discouraging for me as a guest in the state and I feel bad for the residents that have to encounter him daily.

Closes at 1:42, not 2 am
I just bought a hot Cinnabon Delight coffee, and honestly, it was a huge letdown. First of all, it wasn’t even hot, it was cold. On top of that, they didn’t add any milk. It tasted like they just dumped the Cinnabon flavoring straight into tap water. No effort at all.

This is my fave Taco Bell ever! I want to give a special shout out to "Montay" for a great customer service experience! I didn't have enough to pay for my order and he was nice enough to pick up the difference for my order! This meant so much to me, as I was on my lunch break! Thank you Montay for a customer service done right! However, most of the staff are always friendly, courteous, and I wish I could 10 stars or more, for the fantastic customer service I receive each time I visit! Keep up the great work ethic guys!
