This is my fave Taco Bell ever! I want to give a special shout out to "Montay" for a great customer service experience! I didn't have enough to pay for my order and he was nice enough to pick up the difference for my order! This meant so much to me, as I was on my lunch break! Thank you Montay for a customer service done right! However, most of the staff are always friendly, courteous, and I wish I could 10 stars or more, for the fantastic customer service I receive each time I visit! Keep up the great work ethic guys! I frequent this particular location quite often due to 3 things: A) I've personally never had an incorrect order, B) food is made well/correctly, and C) staff is helpful.
Luckily, it seems like most of the locations in south western Kansas City are similar. But 87th/Quivira stands out because I kid you not many times the food actually looks like the marketing pictures. Not enough good things to say. Atmosphere is 4 stars because let's be real, it's still a fast food lobby ?.

Jessilyn was very rude after I returned my incorrect order. I returned the full sausage breakfast burrito and was being taken care of by very kind young man when she began chiding me with questions about did you get it here at this restaurant and was it today. I had my mobile order and showed it to her and she was still very condescending. She didn’t show any remorse for her very poor customer service until I said who is your Manager to which she said she was the Manager. I am so sorry that this is the type of service being offered by the Manager of Taco Bell

l was dining in and a worker named Pauline payed for our meal cuz our card wasn't working and when we tried giving her money she wasn't accepting it but we made her take it..very nice she should have a raise

I really don’t know why yall played with me late at night like this. Ordered a number 8 . 3 supreme Doritos locos tacos. Wanted juice for my drink because I’m pregnant and don’t drink soda. They claimed they were all out of juice . Got my food and why are all my taco shells cracked up ? Why are there only 4 tomatoes on each taco ? Why is the sour cream in the taco holder and not on the DANG taco ! I will not be back here. The service was good. But why would yall serve me just anything and I paid $13 for a bag full of broken taco shells !

The staff recently have been awful, rude and getting the order wrong and slamming windows in faces. There are only two workers that I have found that are great and they happen to barely be there when I go, but they have also been there for a while. I don’t know what has happened recently, but they have been super rude and literally slammed the window in my face when I asked the question as they got my order wrong. I also ordered in the app so they could see 100% my order not misheard me!
The new management sounds awful and is probably why I haven’t seen the two actually good employees in a while! I guess I’ll be going to a different Taco Bell!
All the newer reviews are similar to mine or worse with disgusting things like mice in the store

This Taco Bell is being remodeled. The Drive-thru is Open. They are being accurate, friendly, and helpful during the remodeling.
Wheelchair accessibility: They are wheelchair friendly. They have curb cuts on both sides of the building. Plus, 4 ADA parking spaces ready for you.

This is my go-to Taco Bell. I rarely have a long wait, everyone is friendly, and my order is always correct. The daytime drive thru attendant makes my morning and afternoon every time I visit. If I stop in the evening to bring home dinner, the service is quick.
