Went to this location heard this was the best Taco Bell in Overland Park. Me and my coworkers visited for lunch. The customer service was great we got our lunch to go. When we arrived back at work to eat our lunch we were disappointed. I ordered 2 bean burritos with beef, Mexican pizza the food didn’t have no beef on them saw the beans but no beef. I called & spoke to the manager he said that it was beef on there because he made it himself now we really have a problem because now he saying I am lying. I refuse to go back & forth with someone when I am looking at the food & don’t see no beef I should be able to see the beef if he put it on there. I won’t recommend this Taco Bell.

This is the best Taco Bell I've ever been to. The food was delicious, we were given plenty of sauce packets and the workers were nice.

I recently had what will be my family's final visit to taco bell. The food and service were on par for most taco bells we've used. Although I will say service was better here than it has been in a long time. They only made 1 mistake on the order... Huge improvement for this location. Our reason for never coming back is the cost. I came in with my 2 sons and our total was 49.00!!! Mind blowing... I substitute chicken for the beef on most things for myself. That's an added cost for sure. But a chicken cheesy gordita crunch is 6.00! This is insane. Chicken nacho bell grande with jalepenos is 7.29! So over 13.00 for a taco and nachos. Ridiculous. Does not include a drink or anything. I can go to José Peppers and order an entre and be served and have chips and salsa for cheaper than a taco and nachos at taco bell. My boys and I can all eat at José Peppers for cheaper than Taco Bell. They've lost us as a customer forever. While I realize costs are going up everywhere right now, it still doesn't explain how very sub par fast food costs more than a sit down restaurant.

for some reason my food is almost always wrong and when i call the store they never answer. i hope they go out of business, no one needs to spend money on food they didn't order, and it seems to me from all these reviews it happens quite frequently.

Fletcher and Ajeet are the perfect ambassadors of 4th meal. They had us cracking up in the freakin’ drive thru lane. Not to mention, they got our order perfect. Not every Taco Bell can say that. If you can find a way to replicate these dudes at every Taco Bell…game over.
