We went on a Saturday we enjoyed delcious food, and we're pleasantly surprised that they also had Karaoke. The DJ did a great job. They played music people actually want to hear. Great vibe. Started at 8pm.

Though we arrived at 3:00 in the afternoon our service was quickly and friendly. The server was very friendly and the atmosphere was a typical Friday afternoon bar and grill with big screens and laughter.

This was the worst experience I have ever had in the food industry. Walked in and asked the waitress if it was ok to sit at a certain table. As she walked by without even acknowledging us, she said “yea sure whatever”. After we got our waters, we order at appetizer. After that the tall, young, blonde waitress never came back to the table. We tried to get her attention for 38 minutes and she would not acknowledge us. After she sat at the table behind us, flirting with 3 young guys about her age, I went and found the manager. I told him our entire experience and he walked with us to our table and confronted her. She stated, she didn’t even know we were her table! This was wild for her to say, since she asked us for our drink and appetizer order. We saw her multiple times on her personal phone in the break room by the kitchen. After the manger told us he would comp our appetizer, the girl decided to again state we werent her table, even though we were, and decided to turn away from her manager as we walked out and started to flirt with the three young men she was doing so before. The crazy thing was that the young guys already had their boxes and were wanting to go. As she was telling them to stay and hangout with her for a bit longer. I would 0/10 recommend this location of tanners due to the lack of respect, lack of work ethic, lack of effort by the younger staff and horrible service in general. Advice for the future would be to at least bring your table silver wear and napkins. After 40 ish minutes there, we didn’t even have that.

Tonight at 4pm, I figured my food would be better before Saturday night rush, I was mistaken, I had my items delivered and didn’t receive one of the 5 items I bought, my sweet potato fries were so tough I couldn’t chew them, my ranch was watered down, the Rueben was not toasted and soggy, and the Mac n cheese burnt ends had no sauce and the meat on the burnt ends were just shreds and the pretzel I did receive also was completely hard in the middle, all in all nothing I ordered I could finish, or save and this was a complete waste of money, the receipt says that person number 87 was in the kitchen at the time. Also my fried mushrooms had random onion rings in them? very disappointing considering we’ve been coming here for so long.
