We used Taylor Made Catering for a company event and they were amazing! Very responsive to my questions before the event and made it very easy to order the food. The ladies dropping off the food were professional and did a great job setting everything up. We received several compliments on the food, overall a great experience and we will definitely use again!

While I want to commend the staff at Taylor Made Catering for their professionalism and warm service — they were truly wonderful and attentive throughout the event — I was unfortunately very disappointed with the food.

It was clear that much of the food had been previously frozen rather than freshly prepared, which was unexpected and disheartening for a catering service. Several items arrived overcooked or even burnt, and the overall taste did not meet expectations. The presentation couldn’t make up for the lack of quality and flavor, and it left many of our guests dissatisfied.

What made matters worse was that after I expressed my dissatisfaction, nothing was done to address the issue or make things right. As a paying customer, I felt unheard and dismissed, which only added to the disappointment.

It’s a shame, as the staff truly went above and beyond in terms of service. I hope the quality of the food can be improved to match the level of customer care. With better attention to freshness and preparation, this could be a great catering choice in the future.

Taylor Made Catering did an amazing job for our wedding! The entire planning process was smooth, and Woody was so kind and helpful during my tasting. On the big day, the food was absolutely incredible, our guests couldn’t stop raving about it! The service team was fantastic too; they made sure everything was perfectly set up and even brought a plate to the bride and groom so we didn’t miss out. Hands down the best wedding food I’ve ever had. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Aside from the food being delicious, the staff at TaylorMade went above & beyond in accommodating our awards ceremony. The food was very fresh and tasty. Even though they had several events on the same night of our event, and we had some late comers to add, we worked together to make the event successful. Thanks to everyone involved.

We used Taylor Made for my friends wedding. Everyone loved the food however we had to provide them ice and they asked the venue for water for drinks they said they would provide. No one told us or the venue that we had to provide water or ice so that made things a bit inconvenient.

Taylor Made Catering made our wedding even better! They are super easy to work with and provided us with so many different options to sample! The day of our wedding they made sure as the bride and groom we had food given to us at our head table before everyone went to our buffet and made sure that we were taken care of in terms of food and drinks all night. They also helped and cleaned up all our tables as the night went on, so it made cleaning up after so much smoother!
I would 100% use them again and recommend them to anyone!
