Abi was great with us. 4 adults and 7 kids and she had no problem. She even helped the little ones get their plates moved. They easily accommodated us on a Saturday morning-with a call ahead. Orders were all correct and food was great.

I went there for breakfast with my partner and the service from the staff is very good and the food is acceptable but it is better in other Big Biscuits and we noticed that the dishes are not washed well, they had food stuck to them from previous meals, I think they should pay more attention to that. I would not go back there, I would rather go to another Big Biscuit
