Our first time here. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Also recommend to us. Great attitude here, lots of early morning people that are happy to serve. You can smell the bacon as you walk up to the door. Made us more hungry. We checked in on Yelp, but it wasn't busy when we got here. I like using the Yelp app to get on a waitlist. We were welcomed with a smile, and seated quickly. Coffee was hot and smelled great. Table is set up with creamers, sugar. Menu was just double sided. So they had a focus on breakfast and lunch. I like that more than having a 5 page menu. The mine has great descriptions of the food being prepared. So, now onto the food. We shared the western omelette, came with potatoes. The omelette was done great, had ham and pepper and onions. We really enjoyed the potatoes, seasoned just right, and fried perfectly. I pulled an Eric and ordered the single biscuit and gravy, in his memory. Just so we can try something this restaurant is known for. The gravy was creamy and had some sausage, the biscuit was smothered with this gravy. It was good. Also ordered the pancakes, they smelled great, but they were dense, not airy. The pancake two to. Plate, and they were the size of the plate. We would definitely come back to try something else.

Overall nice place to eat with big portions for the price point. Only complaint was it took a long time for our waiter to stop by the table initially. It was not during a rush hour time so wasn't sure why that was an issue. Will still return because it's one of the best breakfast places I've

Food was okay tasting nothing exceptional. We stopped here to eat before heading back to Omaha. Both got food poisoning on our way back, and had a not very enjoyable drive back. Wish it was a better experience.

It's very nice to go to a place that not only has very good food at a very good price, but to see an entire unit work cohesively for a better customer experience; it's rare these days. This place has a great atmosphere and the best group of employees I've seen in years. Highly recommend! We even bought their signature T-shirt and Hoodie with their slogan 'Mind your biscuits and life will be gravy'. Shout out to Josephine, thank you!

I went to the one on 87th and 435. It was a disappointment. Usually you feel welcome. The one I usually go to is on Shawnee mission Pkwy. The atmosphere is better and they have actual booths instead of a bunch and 2 chairs. When we walked in they acted like they couldn't have cared less. The food was only average. I would not go back especially since the prices have gone up. Too bad...

I recently visited The Big Biscuit for a Monday brunch and had an overall fantastic experience. The hostess greeted us promptly, and despite the decent crowd, the manager ensured smooth service at the host stand and throughout our visit. Our waitress was notably friendly and warm, providing quick service. Although there was a slight mix-up with my order – receiving hashbrowns instead of the expected potatoes – it wasn't a significant issue and didn't overshadow the positive experience.I opted for the Mayberry with potatoes and shared the cinnamon roll pancakes with my girlfriend. The food was not only delicious but also cooked to perfection. The slight undercooking of the cinnamon roll pancakes added a delightful texture, making them even more enjoyable. While the restaurant is smaller than some other Big Biscuit locations I've been to, the updated décor was a pleasant surprise. Despite the minor order mishap, we thoroughly enjoyed our breakfast, and it didn't diminish our overall satisfaction.
