I came in during lunch and got an Italian beef, it was phenomenal. Hot gardinera, au jus on the side. I loved it, the service was very friendly as well. I used to go here as a kid, and I'm glad to see it's still amazing all the way around. I can't wait to go back and get some true Chicago tavern style pizza.
It just says Pizza Man on the sign. Just swooped in on a whim for lunch. The pizza looked "ok", but, I saw all the Chicago stuff on the walls and saw Italian Beef Sandwiches on the menu...heck yeah!!! True authentic classic Chicago. Absolutely awesome. Who woulda thunk. Will be back again!
