Worst customer service ever speaker was pushy, and management seemed too not really care when told about the situation.

Plus items were missing because they’re rushing.

I placed a double order of chili. When I returned home and open the containers, I found nothing but white and red kidney beans and sauce. What happened to the hamburger meat that was supposed to be in it or has Wendy's chili gone vegan? I've visited other stores that give you a healthy serving of meat with red kidney beans making the meal a tasty delight. What a disappointment.

I received a cold breakfast sandwich. When I cam back the person running the drive through did not apologize about the error of the food being cold. He slammed the window closed and came back with a replacement order. Because of his childish fit I did not trust that my food would be correct or untainted. When I asked for my money back he threw the bag of food and started yelling for his manager. The manager never apologized or greeted me. The manager asked me "did you pay cash or credit." I responded it was cash. The manager returned my money, never apologized for the food being cold, and made me feel like somehow I did something wrong by simply ordering food, and bringing it back because it was cold. I will not be returning to this Wendy's location ever again.

Asked for the crabby patty meal, I chose to make it a double, the cashier rang it up with no problem, asked for a chocolate frosty instead of the pineapple one that comes with it. What I assume to be a manager came over and began telling me that the crabby patty meal was for children, that I couldn’t order it and that the boo bag was the same thing but for adults. That transpired directly AFTER my coworker had just ordered the crabby patty meal. So I order the boo bag, not only did it not come as a double but there are in fact toys in the boo bag and coupons for kids meals. So which one is for children? When I walked back in after discovering it was a single she snatched it out of my hand while rolling her eyes. Upon making it a double she smacks it back into my hand and tells me they only come as singles. Won’t be back to this location.
