If you're you're getting breakfast here, make sure to check your food and receipt before you leave, especially early in the morning. On numerous occasions I've been given completely the wrong food, and not even other menu items, as if they slap together whatever is available if they don't have what you're asking for. Sausage is not bacon. An English muffin is not a biscuit. Etc. That they fix it isn't the point, that it happens so often is. Won't be going back.

Drive thru order. Fries made the bag warm. Good start. Until I get to work find a cheese burger room temperature burger and solid state un melted cheese, cold ketchup. My chicken blt was warm, but missing bacon. No receipts given. This location has definitely went downhill.

Went through the drive thru, got the wrong sandwich, they tried to give me the wrong drink, and you can't call the store directly. They aren't going to appreciate me much when I drive all the way back there. Come on, Wendy's, you're better than this! P.S.I went back, couldn't go inside because the doors were locked, and had to wait in the drive-thru. The customer service is horrendous, when they brought the correct order to me they basically tossed to out the window and said here ya go. No apology or sorry about the inconvenience. I will NEVER visit this location again!!!!!

We dined at this location around 7:00 pm, and we were the only customers in the drive thru, no customers inside. It took a while to get our food, and after we got it, we pulled over in the parking lot and ate. My burger and fries were not very fresh or warm. I will not return to this store.

I decided to treat myself to a breakfast sandwich this morning on the way to work. I ordered an egg and cheese muffin and medium potato wedges.The positive: the wedges were nice and hot!The negative: there was sausage on my sandwich (I’m vegetation) and the English muffin was doused in grease! I’m not sure where this much grease could have been come from. It was pooling in the bag and it got all over everything. There was some kind of flavor to the weird grease that made the whole sandwich taste disgusting . I was afraid to eat it, so it went in the trash. 8 bucks down the drain.

Haven't tried Wendy's in years. Today's stop reminded me why. Chicken wrap and sandwich were tired. Made from warmed up ingredients thrown together for our order. Fries were stale. Drink tasted like a blend of sodas. Dining room closed, only drive thru. This Wendy's is a poor example of fast
