On Friday, January 24th, at 6 p.m., I purchased a Ghost Pepper Ranch Chicken Sandwich. The sandwich was so spicy that I had to go to the hospital. Whoever is responsible for monitoring this restaurant should be aware that the workers on that day did not follow the proper procedure for preparing the sandwich.

I just went through the drive thru and was served raw chicken. Instant vomit and regret. I almost ignored it and thought the breading was soggy, I’m glad I didn’t! Please temp your food and make sure it’s thoroughly cooked.

They just don’t care at this location. Don’t waste your time and money on this place. When I went in to return my order it was another lady in there already returning hers. They serve old, cold food. Even the buns are hard.

I never get what I order and when I do it's always incredibly old and cold. 🙄 Literally every single time I come here. I honestly don't know why I keep coming here outside of convenience. I went through once, checked food, nuggets weren't the type I ordered. I went back through, got the right type. Came home. Sandwich was wrong and it was the whole reason I wanted to come here. Fries are not fresh 100% of the time. 90% chance that anything else won't be fresh. Honestly just don't come to this one unless you're on a diet and need to taste old food to not crave it anymore and have it ruin your day so you go home and settle for steamed broccoli.

This Wendy's is either great or Poor.. Very inconsistent. I have gone and they get things exactly how you ask then other times such as tonight they mess your order up. My personal Opinion is when they put the Dave's Single, Double and Triple all under the Number 1 order they made more difficult to order and for their employees. You have to ask for a specific Sandwich instead of a number. What is the Point to Number your menu if you are going to put multiple sandwiches under the same number. How about adding A, B, and C to the choice? I believe they personally over complicated a simple task..

Bad customer service, i heard them speaking badly in Spanish to a customer (me). And a few times i never got the food i asked for and had to go back multiple times to get it, which is a common mistake of course, but the fact it happens to often is Absurd!!! Im not the only one who experienced this, i have friends who made the same claims.
