Most rude drive thru employee I’ve ever been in contact with. Lord. I was convincing myself his face just looked annoyed like that naturally. Then he turned to his coworker and laughed at a “your mom” joke. Turned back to me like this 🤨. I ordered one (1) cheese fry.

It was a great day at Wendy's. A human took my order and she was very pleasant, the restaurant was clean and the food was hot and just the way we ordered it.

So this was a random stop took my pup and son on a car ride order kids meal with milk medium 🍟 I should have know something was off because when you pull up to pay the smell was horrible. Old oil burning needless to say food tasted like the smell ....threw it in the trash. If I as an adult can't stomach taste my son sure isn't getting it.
Very disappointed for overland park lenexa area. Won't be back
Workers should know better than to cook or serve that quality in food.

The last 3 times in 2 weeks we ordered the maple bacon chicken croissant through door dash. All three times they left the bacon and chicken off the sandwich. Door dash is taking the hit but it's not their fault. Just giving a heads up to management.
Went to the drive thru and person greeted me fine, I asked for a moment and then got aggravated, I ordered my food, asked if I wanted anything else, I said no thank you, he sounded exasperated like I was a bother. Food was great, but service definitely needs work, believe he was even a manager.

When you have a free sandwich or something, from a t mobile or other reward, they seem to give you the leftovers, cold sandwiches, fries..stick them in in a paper bag, and you're on your way! I think it's terrible, and the service is not friendly at all. The Wendy's on 86th bluejacket in Lenexa ks.

I gave the girl $5 gift card which is worth $10 she give me the gift card back in no change it's bad enough I can't get anything for $10 but that's how it is these days but I have to go back cuz I have another $3 gift card that taking up room in my wallet
