Ordered takeout for DoorDash delivery about 5:30. Driver given wrong address by restaurant; took him calling us to get the right address. Food was fairly good, but I couldn't believe a BBQ joint sent out an order with no BBQ sauce, only ketchup! The cole slaw had so much onion that onion was the only thing you could smell or taste. My burnt ends were OK, wife's beef brisket was good. Won't be patronizing this place again.

Recently had a funeral luncheon in the event room and both my wife and I were very pleased with the food, service and venue. The Zarda staff were more than accommodating and went out of their way to make sure everything was to our liking. Highly recommend!

We ordered the meat platter for 4. The meat was pretty good, but no sauce was provided and the sides were small.
We pre ordered for takeout and was asked if we would like to pick up through the Drive Through. The young lady that took my order over the phone was very friendly and professional she asked our name and what time would we be there for our order. I arrived on time and during my pick-up I notice my order that was given to me was very light, after going inside, I meet the manger on shift Bailey who was very professional in handling the mixup of my order/food and in turn helped make my experience extremely positive and enjoyable! The customer service I was given was exceptional and we will definitely be returning in the near future. Thank you Bailey!

Zardas used to be good but haven't been there since Covid. The prices are very high for what you get. I had the 2-meat plate. The pork burnt ends were tasty, but the brisket was awful! They used to have best brisket in town. Mine was cut paper thin, flat and tasteless. My meat portions would only add up to a handful! Cole slaw not as good as used to be. Beans OK. Only thing that was great was the extra tall glass of cold Pepsi. My bill was $20-$25 and I wasn't even full. I've never had such tiny portions of meat any where. I would suggest you go elsewhere for BBQ. Zardas is no longer good!!!
