Lord have mercy folks. When I tell yall this place is off the chain, believe me. From the time I arrived I met the owner Mr. Steve Zarda & he greeted me and treated me like a life-long friend of his. That alone made my day as a Trucker bcuz sometimes we get treated like dirt out here. We talked outside as I was about to come in & he started walking with me as I told him I was from Big D Dallas and I was stopping by to check this place out. Not knowing i was walking...

I used to eat here a lot and hadn’t for the last few years tried it today and it was a real disappointment. Prices were high, portions were small and food was bland. wondering if they’re cooking it somewhere else and bringing it to the restaurant. sadly will not go back this used to be a great barbecue place

THE BEST BBQ IN KC! I have been a customer of Zards BBQ in Lenexa since I was a little girl. The food is all fantastic! I have never had anything that was not delicious. Customer service A+. BBQ A+. Atmosphere A+! Owner is so kind, generous and personable. Do not forget they do catering! Support a local business and the best BBQ in Kansas City!
