If the food could actually be ready to grab before 7 or 730 that would be great. Most Casey’s I’ve been too have had grab and go breakfast food ready by like 6am and it’s almost 7 and this one still doesn’t. And the person working in the kitchen seemed to lack all motivation to actually get their job done and get food in the warmer.

Two nights in a row the person working in the kitchen hid behind the appliances playing with a phone. Tonight I asked him (can see his arm) for pickles & onions for the sandwiches made in the warmer and he said he has to charge for them. With all the food joints around here that serve fresh hot food, I see why Casey's was the only place not busy. Walk out the door and look right. Wendy's over there doesn't charge for every item on their sandwiches and it's fresh.

The coffee section was an absolute disaster: all six flavors of iced coffee were empty, the half and half was empty, most of the single pour-ins were out, and the counter was littered with trash and hours-old dried up spills. The restroom was nasty. I only saw one employee who looked like she was loosing the battle trying to hold down the entire place by herself. She was unfriendly, disheveled, and generally appeared exhausted and disgusted. This experience was many measures separated from the typical Casey’s high standard.
CASEY has owed me money since last Friday $39.98 to be exact I went in there I was using my Caseys rewards and I was also pouring gas along with two orders of chicken strips. The register guy canceled my whole transaction. no money was refunded to my cash app card until this day, I have not received my funds. I have called several times and all they tell me is that they’re going to call the main office or whatever give me give them my name and phone number cause they’re gonna give me a call back and I never receive a call on what’s going on or when I’m going to get my money. I am so over being nice and and patient . Where’s my money Casey’s this is ridiculous!!!!!!

Was there to get diesel. 9/2 on pump 11 truck diesel. Walked my card in for her to turn on the pump. She said I'll turn the pump on when you lift the handle. After 15 min still no pump on called the store some guy said she's not at the counter yet he couldn't apparently help me either. Walked in went to get my card she was at the counter and then said pump 11 like she was fixing to ring me up and I said give me my damn card you know very well you never turned the pump on and walked out. This is the 2nd issues I've had at a caseys in Kansas within 24hrs won't ever stop again went to toot n totem down the road paid .10 more per gal but it's not my loss when a employee cost you a 700.00 sale
