The Pancake House in Liberal, KS, offers an excellent dining experience. Friendly and attentive waitresses provide prompt service, bringing food to tables. The food is excellent, with generous portions and moderate prices. From breakfast favorites like eggs, hash browns, and pancakes to chicken fried steak, the menu options are plentiful and tasty. It is a great breakfast place, better than any chain, with good service and food. The cook knows how to cook, with eggs just right, great hash browns, and perfect sausage patties. Pancakes with soft butter and syrup are a highlight. It is a light hit to the wallet.
