My Girlfriend and I Had a Room at the Quality INN Next door to Cattleman's So we decided to walk over and Get some Dinner I Ordered the Ribs with a Baked potato & Coleslaw. The Coleslaw was Good Baked potato was good But the Ribs were Tough and very Dry like Eating Cardboard. Now Maybe this was just a Off Night to Order the Ribs but the Ribs were Horrible. My server was Absolutely Great not her and yes I am Using the word her fault The Cooks Botched my Ribs
After driving 11 hours, this was the closest restaurant from my hotel across the road, but far exceeded my expectations I had from the outside. Good service, good steak, and fair prices. After my meal, I waddled back across the road to my hotel for a good nights sleep.
